    I was wondering what are your thoughts about training the core to take a body shot, do you think it's just through sparring and boxing technique or are there some exercises that can help? I hope I made myself clear enough, sorry for my poor English, a big thank you from Italy for all these interesting videos

      Taking bodyshots is tricky but master able. First of all any kind of core workout even compound bodyweight movements such as squats and pushups will do the core a bit good. You can try advanced core excercises later once you master the plank and other situps. In sparring. Experience would help the most. But imo concentration and awareness puts you up. If you see the punch coming you're body will automatically clench target muscles before it hits you. TBH a rhythmic body movement to avoid the punches is way more significant then building the ability to take punching. Because in the end even the best can get their ribs broken or the silliest liver shot. Humans arent immortal
