I've been looking for that ratchet on eBay, specifically the chrome cuz the black is nice but more $$$. Waiting until price gets around $150 mark. I'm not a mechanic so I cannot justify spending more than that on a ratchet but I really like Matco ratchets.
Ive got both ratchets, matco, and that snapon.. The Snap-on is definitely heavy-duty compared to the matco, ive had problems with matco locking up if is used on a tight bolts/nuts. But i do love the handle on and fit & finish. The Snap-on is a good definitely bulkier..Ive found if you move the locking switch to back side of the ratchet makes a massive difference. Might be worth tryout
Not a matco guy but i prefer their ratchets bc i only use lockers. Stocked up 30% off crazy deal for these some non flexs were under 100. Also their comfort grip is my fav. Cant stand snap on lock or c9mfort grip

Nice I love mine I have 3/8 and 1/4 locking flex head I prefer locking over non locking

I bought the 1-4 long flex locking like yours in purple. took advantage of the 30% off i believe its till the 27th of this month.
I have always used non grip ratchets & still do most often..but I do enjoy Matco comfort grip , feels right for me..
I still prefer the metal handle over the big bulky ones. It's probably just cuz I like the looks of them better😅

I got the 1/4” and 3/8” locking flex head in green and my only regret is I didn’t get a 1/2” one also 😅 they are so nice
Sounds silly but throw a socket on it an spin it around for a bit will loosen it up
Sound like my ex-wife. She would go into Walmart, planned on spending $20 and then she would spend $75 but everything was on sale😅 But I understand
