I wondered about the Stamets microdosing protocol and the Fadiman protocol. Stamets suggests 4 days on 3 days off. Fadiman suggests 1 day on 2 days off, repeat. I tried it today and it was a wonderful day. Yet i am aware that you build up tolerance fast with psychedelics. The third wave loosely recommends Fadiman's ideal. What are peoples experiences? I am aware that Stamets is a very knowledgeable guy, to say the least. Yet, i feel like Fadiman's may be more beneficial. What do YOU think? Many thanks. Ps - The niacin flush was not the most fun i've ever had. hehehe...

I just chew half gram maybe .3, three times a day that’s the last 4 days now and I feel good more energy less anxiety so yea defo works well for me it is I can’t speak how other people will react, question tho can I just do this everyday or two months on two months off and will i build up a tolerance ? How dose one begin these processes? Iv taken heavy amount of acid and magic shrooms back when I was in high school but now I'm no longer looking to journey with in my self but to help boost my inner self. Sense iv graduated high-school worked became a dad, the day to day hustles had broke me down. Iv been on anti depressants on and off and I just only feel they dull, disconnect me from myself while making stresses of the mompoly world tolerable. Iv been trying to get back in touch with my self, life and the earth beneath our feet. Soo again, we all know why these compounds have been criminalized and shouldn't be for thought that would like to indulge. Those that have a mind set already of not goin to freak out bc it's the first time or abuse it. Can some one help point me in the right direction? I'm not asking to engage in any illegal activities or pre meditate doin illegal compounds rather askin for insight lol. Lsd25, psilocybin, mescaline and mdma all have wonder properties as well as wonderful results when handled with care and respect.
I just read that it’s not advised on taking psilocybin while taking lithium. does anyone have any expierence or feedback on this?
Some have issues, some don’t. If you decide to experiment, I’d recommend starting super low and paying attention to any changes before increasing dosage. I’m not a doctor, this is simply my experience working as a naturopath.

I took LSD at 2pm and fell asleep at 7am. So the stimulating effects last 16-17 hours. I plan to do it everyday starting at 5-6am. How do I counter the insomnia effects?
