@spartic511 Well, I'd like to think he came back in the same way Reala did, because Kyle said his father got a strange mask from somebody. But I liked Judas' ending, not only did he redeem himself in the end, but he was able to truly become part of the group with Kyle and everyone else. I really do wish he had shown his true identity to the other Swordian Masters though, I really wanted to see some kind of reunion, and I wanted Rutee to know her brother wasn't dead. I want a ToD3.
Alright, thanks for the reply, yeah I was thinking that ToD2 might have had something to do with it, but I wanted to ask to make sure, luckily my next game seems to be pretty popular right now, so I guess I'll just see how things go. And sure, feel free to comment whenever. :P
I can't really record a playthrough of the DS Tales of games, because I can't hook the DS to my capture device, and I don't want use a camera due to the bad quality.
Yeah that's true, but it's a bit harder since my channel focuses on a single game series, and I'm not sure which Tales of games haven't really been on YT much yet. I guess that's why my Rebirth/Destiny Remake ones were so popular, there weren't a lot of videos up for them back then, and I got lucky with Abyss, since I did it right before the US release. :P But, I kind of already had my next game picked out, it was just a matter of seeing how many people wanted me to actually record it.
No worries, I can understand that you're busy, you're actually one of the people who commented the most on my Tales of Destiny 2 run, so I would like to thank you for that, I had fun reading your comments. ^_^ I wasn't referring to one person in particular with that, I was just talking about a general trend of much less views/comments on my new videos all around, compared to the amount I was getting in 2006-2008, part of it is my fault for being gone much of 2009 due to real life problems.

Long story short, the main enemy, Fortuna, had been messing with the planet's history, and was going to kill everyone so she could make a perfect world from scratch. The girl from this video, Reala, was actually part of Fortuna's consciousness, but became one of the heroes. Unfortunately, in order to kill Fortuna, Reala had to die, so Kyle the guy who loved her, had to kill her. Then history reset, Kyle forgot everything, and in the end she came back.
Yeah, I wish that hadn't happened, but unfortunately I had a bunch a real life problems come up, that really stopped me from being able to really play anything for quite awhile. :( But, I am back to playing like I used to again, I'm just hoping I can regain some of the viewers I lost during those parts of 2008/2009. But thanks for watching my videos, I'm glad you like watching them. :)

Yeah, I had to re-upload a few of them, because UA-cam had really messed up the quality on the original uploads. But, I'll always mark which ones are re-uploaded, by adding (Re-upload) to the end of the video name, so any of the videos that don't say that in the name will be brand new videos. I think probably about the last 150 videos I've put up have been new though. I'm sorry to confuse you with that. :(
Oh ok, I can totally understand that one, I've been refraining from watching any videos of Vesperia or Graces for the exact same reason. So no problem there. :) Well, my channel is dedicated to Japanese version Tales of games, however it would take way too long for me to do subs for them all. :P If there is an online translation of the game, I usually will put a link in the description though. I am however subbing the skits of ToD PS1, you can find them in my playlists if you're interested.
@VayuPurana Villains all seem to think alike, huh? :P Some differences between Fortuna and Van though: Fortuna was a god, just like Atamoni from Tales of Destiny. Fortuna split herself into Reala and Elraine, and had both of them try to figure out how best to bring happiness to mankind. Elraine used time travel to attempt to make perfect societies, where no one would experience pain, but robbed people of actually living meaningful lives. It was a very good game, tied for my favorite with ToD1.
I watched several of your videos,but usually I am in a hurry so i don't leave a comment,but mostly for some reason I can not put my comment if I watched the whole video(youtube problems,I guess). Anyway I wil try to be more activ and to put as much comment as I am able too.Your videos are good,and I will sure watch the new playtrough of the next game(as long that isn't a game that I will play in the near future,because of the spoilers.)
I enjoy watchin' the videos on your channel. (I comment from time to time.) Just keep doin' what you're doin', the only problem isn't that its what you're doing, its mostly the audience, they are more into those rom hacks or whatever these days. Nowadays RPG playthroughs don't get that much attention these days... >_>;
@VayuPurana Yeah, those twists were crazy, not at all what I was expecting going into it. That game was just awesome. Just talking about it, makes me want to play Abyss again, it's been 5 years for me. I keep saying one of these days I'll do an Unknown playthrough of it, just have to find some time when I'm not busy playing all the new games that are out, which is always hard for me lol.

PS2を買って一番最初に買ったゲームで、クリア当時感動しすぎてボロボロ泣いた思い出がある。そんな自分も、もう32・・・でも、今やっても泣きそう
素晴らしいゲーム体験でしたね…私もPS2を買って一番最初にプレイしたゲームが、このDestiny2でした。あの感動は墓場まで持っていくつもりです。

テイルズシリーズで一番感動するエンディングです。
プレイしていた当時は高校生なのに気づけませんでしたが、ペンダントへの願いという伏線を綺麗に回収して、初めて出会った場所で再会するっていうストーリーには改めて感動しました。音楽も絵も最高で、今観ても本当に良いゲームだったなと思います！
10年以上ぶりに見たけど、やっぱすごく感動するなぁ。テイルズシリーズの中でも記憶に残るエンディング度では一番かも。

素晴らしいゲームというのは何十年という時が経ってもそのストーリー、BGMの感動が甦りますね。
本当に心底、TOD2を、カイルとリアラの出会い、別れ、そして再会を溺愛した者だけが、このエンディングムービーで涙を流せる。
未だに胸のレンズが消えてる事に『神の分身』から『人間』になったんだなって、幼心に理解したのを覚えてる
ストーリーもだけどBGMが過去作中1番好き

それをこんなに綺麗に仕上げてくれたらいつまでも心に残るものだね
本当の初めから最後まで、純粋にストーリーにのめりこんだ人だけが、いつになっても、このシーンに、リアラとカイルのムービーに涙することができる。
このリアラとの再会エンドだけは、何度見ても心を揺さぶられる。
音楽、カメラアングル、演出、全て噛み合って本当に素晴らしい！
最後の1枚絵は額縁に欲しいなぁ。

デスティニー2のエンディングは感動もの。
色々なゲームやったが、デスティニー2以上に涙流したゲームは無かった
最初は英雄に憧れた少年カイル。
偉大な両親を持ち、不思議な少女リアラと出会い、次第に真の英雄とはなにかを考え見つけていく主人公の成長譚。
英雄殺しのバルバトスや過去に捕われるジューダス、さらにはソーディアン編など考えさせられる内容が本当に多い1作でした！
中でもイチオシは、世界を救う為にリアラを犠牲にできるか、その決断が出来ないと英雄にはなれないのか？と本当に悩むカイルの苦悩が当時からのイチオシシーンです。
これぞゲームよ！

シリーズを重ねるにつれてキャラクターの描写が細かくなったので主人公の挫折と成長を丁寧に描いた結果、人としての甘さや弱さが際立ちどうしても過去歴代の主人公たちと比べられがちだがその分クライマックスやエンディングに置いてもたらされるカタルシスは群を抜いている。そしてその果てに訪れた奇跡の再開は涙を禁じ得ない。
これぞRPGの醍醐味。

変に後日談みたいなものがあると面白いけど興ざめして感動は半減する。
この後はそれぞれが想像して楽しむので十分。
