At 19 years old bought a house, built it the way he wanted to, lesson learned here guys. HARD WORK PAYS OFF
just mad you can get a house like that in the us for like 150k look at what that gets you in most places of the uk
Razorr depends on where in the USA, but i see what your talking looking up town house prices on Europe.
@@razorr3902 in California that very house 1,150,000
“If it was anything else we would have more money and probably a nicer house “ 😂 I love it
I love it
Maybe a workforit dispensary?
I did alot of construction work growing up and still do on the side. I did go to college though and went back and forth between construction based majors but ended up graduating as a mech engineer and working in aerospace now. Fortunate enough to buy a new home at 25. I do agree that college is not necessary, I would say experience, natural intuition, and discipline is more important than book smarts. But back at that house... jeez man, living in San Diego with that house boughten at 19 is next level accomplishment. Amazing example of what a working mindset can do.
I saw a truck driving around Columbus, Ohio, today with a “WorkForIt” sticker on the back glass!
What kind of truck was it? It might have been me.
Chandler F It was a Ram 1500 with some bigger wheels on it and I think it was a dark grey color
Got on to 270 from 71S
I have a work for it sticker on my silverado around Columbus!
I saw one here in the 805 Santa Barbara
Ryno! The smoke alarm battery! Haha
I told him on a video like 3 years ago or something, some people get used to it lol

I'm seventeen year old from hawaii and I started helping my dad with electrical since I was in the seventh grade and i love doing it its always feel good passing by a former job being able to say that you helped make that 🏗🏗
drinking game: take a shot every time he says travertine
1 min in lets see how this goes
Edit: 5:39 well shit here we go again
edit2: 17:39 you did me
Connor Grove I'm drunk
I am at 19 minutes and would consider myself 16 shots in WASTED
Or absolutely
Or when the smoke alarm beeps 😂
Just recently was able to start saving. My lil fence repair company is doing ok. Wasn't that way for a couple years. But I keep working for it and I'm getting there. Lol
Nice! What area are you in? Shout out your company. If you're local, I have a lot of fencing I need done!
Great path you took, I currently have the ability to save up money living at my parents house myself, and I love seeing stuff like this, it definitely motivates me to work harder
Take advantage of that!
Always remember good energy and good vibes and do what you love and what makes you happy 😊😊😊😊
You have inspired me to go out and join the work force probably as a welder after high school and not go to college. Ryno you’re living proof that hard work pays off and you can do anything you put your mind to.
Parker Mack, becoming a welder is a. great idea as welders can fix so many things. You can work as a welder snd then decide if you want to learn other skills as your experience grows. Good luck! Awesome plan.
I love how each area of your house is so different. Your desire to create is something to be admired! Also, great message you’re sending to kids and young adults.. and anybody else that watches! Love it! Work for it! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I absolutely love it!! You have always inspired once I found you 2 years ago! You help lead me in the right direction in life
Awesome pad for a 19 yrs old ! I choose the same path you did and worked out just fine.
Thank you for the tour of Casa De DMAXRYNO.
Thanks for sharing your crib with us Ryno. I also bought a house in 2008 in a 15 yr loan. I just paid it off and now its a rental. It was super stressed as I was laid off about 6 months after I bought it lol, but I made it. Also, could we get a cribs edition of Wes (probably looks like a Milwaukee catalog), Chris and Steiner (I bet Steiner got some crazy stuff lol). That would be sick.
Now this is exactly the definition of work for it Ryan your my inspiration man I absolutely love the content an the hard work you do keep up the awesome content
Work hard stay positive 🤘🏾
Amen!
Love when u moved the plastic up on the fridge handle. As a carpenter myself I really like what you did with the place. I myself bought a cheap ass run down house lived in it for 8 years then remodeled the whole thing. Best move I ever did now I have a really nice house with a cheap payment. #workforit
you've done well, keep going and build on your good moves. moving on up
Good shit man love what you stand for keep up the good work
Thank you I am about to remodel my house and you gave me some ideas
You did a crazy good job on the house man💪🏻 nice work
Very inspiring video Ryan and your words and confidence give me something to look up to as a 18yr old. I've been watching for years and keep taking your advice and help. Keep it up!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
I 100% agree with this I’m 18 and I just quit my job as a ford mechanic for the last year and a half and now I’m a structural welder and own a obs 7.3 👌
Great advice Ryno. Keep it 💯
Really good video thanks for showing around your house it’s very nice.
much respect 🙌 my brother to your dreams becoming reality and the humble approach to what you have learned and share with others . Keep up the amazing work 👏
Awesome awesome content Ryan. Blessings Robert
Thanks for the tour Ryno that’s a nice home you have👌
Thanks!
Love how you still got the plastic on your refrigerator! 🤣👏
Love this channel keep up the great work
Good time and I have a great time watching thanks Ryno #workforit
Ryno keep making awesome videos say safe and healthy with your family i hope this will get better soon i watch your channel alot every day and every night u are awesome UA-camr keep up the great work on channel 😀
As a certified tile installer I appreciate the attention to detail of all the travertine work. Including that base touch! Great job. Shower is killer but your right hard water on that porous stone is a nightmare.
I keep coming back to this video for motivation, I remember when you first published this video. I just turned 20 and got my dream truck (2018 High Country 1500) paid off, next year ill own a house. Ryan your a big reason I got into the trades and I’m currently making more money then by white collar parents. Just gotta Work for it
Ryno you are such an inspiration dude. I’m 20 years old and I’ve been saving since I was 18. I’m usually only able to put a few hundred bucks in every month but I’m reaching for that end goal of hopefully soon to be able to do something similar. Keep doing what you do because it inspires me and I’m sure many like me!
Nice, I was saving some extra cash and when Covid tanked the house prices in Texas I grabbed my first AWESOME house may 12. Only seen it 5 days since ive been working out of state but worth it.
Thanks for sharing ryno 🤟🏽
Thanks for the advice 🙌
Thanks for this video man. Good stuff.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks for the words ryno!
I’ve seen so many WorkForIt stickers down here in GA and when I’m with people I always point it out. I have to get one for my new LBZ build
Yes I think I have taken something away from every video I have watched so far! Thank you for being real you inspire me to want to do better! Which gives me hope and less scary. Not sure how I stumbled upon your videos but I haven't been in a good place in my life recently I almost allowed a man to strip me of everything I got and it became a sink or swim situation. Being a single mother of 4 scares the crap out of me to the core but it was a move I had to make and to think I almost allowed myself to lose everything, I just recently have had a chance to get my life in order lets just say my sanity back anyways Lol.. and turned a bad and unsafe situation into a good one one and long story short within this last month I was able to purchase a lifted 2019 Chevy truck so this has now became my hobby .I have always had a love for cars and trucks and had always wanted to do automotive work as crazy as that may sound as a female. So I just took a chance and basically used my stimulus check and purchased all my equipment to do Mobile Detailing. Starting a business on my own is freaking me out daily because of the uncertainty, so when i watch your videos it gets my day going with a positive feel . So keep cranking out those videos!! maybe Ill see you guys around I'm from Corona ca but I go out to San Diego to get away from the craziness over here from time to time. Sorry to write a book I just felt the need to share my story and say you have helped me get threw and keep pushing!
As a contractor seeing the house and the rebuilds it's nice to know how much work goes into making it happen
Very cool!
Hey man I love your videos keep going strong with great videos
Dam straight been saving my self seeing it grow is the best feeling love the show
You don’t get it until you start to see you bank account go up every month! Even if it’s just a little bit, best feeling in the world!
Very nice👍 I have a spare bedroom that I was getting ready to make into a walk in closet, love the shelves that are made of wood..BTW everything looks so clean.
Your house is beautiful. Good job.
Thanks!
And again this is why he is my favorite UA-camr doing what no other UA-camr is doing motivating us to do better! #BlueCollarPride
Very nice!
Thats the smart thing to do I did that before I went in the Navy which I did to travel .. and I seen the Persian Gulf allot ... you are a smart young man I'm 49 now and that is the way to go think about land that will be a big thing always is ...
Great message about the trades. College is too expensive and sold to us like we need it.
Mad props to you bro
As an electrician when I get out of my truck and I see my workforit sticker on the back I think I’ll be there some day lol
For the hard water problem, install a water softener system. They work great
Nice pad like the hat collection you got going on. You have worked you ass off to get where your at today
Wow, thank you for that honestly I've been waiting for you to get back to building construction wise. See I'm a diy'er who learn from my dad as a child whom was a master carpintero that's carpinter but I can't stand living in a rental place with my family & not being able to do in it what we want it's been 3 years looking for our own house yeah I've built the coffee table a rolling island with drawers haven't stain it yet because waiting for a color to jump out @ me yet but it's frustrating when you knw you can do so much but can't cause it's not your to do so so you sit back & let the landlord deal wit wat he calls I'll take care of it witch means month later or even years. Sorry I'm venting so I enjoy watching your video cause I like car, trucks & construction diy'er stuff & all my tools are in storage or in friends houses put away I miss my $700 saw table & my chop saw etc hope to find our home soon thanks for listening tell Dave hi for me
Get one of those dish brushes that pumps soap to the brush and it has the removable brush and take the brush part put a bolt through it and put it on a drill it cleans bathrooms like nothing
Yo. That master shower is gorgeous. Tumbled travertine is spectacular. Maybe get the de-ionized water from the shop installed at the crib.
Looks like you built quite the equity in that property! Nice Job.
I noticed the best content is real content
Nice place Ryan
Bad ass... I'm just starting my own business hope I can be at your level one day man
Dude beautiful home
Okay I'm sold goingbwith travertine tile and trim that looks awesome
I’m the same way I know exactly what I want to do after highschool but I have to go to college to get into the exact field I want to do.
I have very similar tile an same design as you do
I went to school for welding while in high school. I was placed in a job part time then. I went to school half day then worked half day. I did the same thing as you. Once the market tanked I bought a beat up fixer upper that was foreclosed on in an auction. Best investment of my life. Currently worth twice what I paid after doing the fixin up myself. The market in my small township is so hot right now houses are selling the second they hit the market!
water softener will help with the hard water issue.
Home looks pretty modern with your own touch I like it bro!!
Thanks!
DMAXRYNO bro ik it shouldn’t be that serious but you actually taking the time replying to your fans , much less me means the absolute world to me!!! Keep on grindin buddy these are reason why ur my favorite UA-camr💪
I wish i was old enough to have bought something when that 2011-2012 market kicked in. Now that i can houses are ridiculously crazy expensive. Even then i still plan on buying soon.
I’m 27. and I’m a blue collar I work 5 days as a foreman for a company and I do side jobs in the weekends so I work 7 days, sometimes I take breaks after 3 months straight becouse buy a house for me and my wife it’s my big dream and I’m ready to buy it its nice to see how you built it the way you wanted that’s what I wanna do
Why not whole home water softener to get rid of the hard water? id hate not using my nice shower.
When you’re able to think for yourself, results.
Hard work and dirty hands are the way to go. I employ approx 45 heavy duty mechanics at my dealerships and they make more then my salespersons and accountants. 11 skilled trades guys started with us as apprentices. I'd pay for the 4 year program to get their trade ticket and they put in the required hours in the shop.
You dont need a 80k college debit to hopefully get a decent job later on.
Very nice 👍🏻
Ryno you should make a video of how to invest , when to invest and how house financing works , would be great future video you seem like a really smart person 🙏🏻,
hey man this is better then my parents basement ! love what you do keep it up #workforit
Water softener! Possibly the #1 upgrade anyone should do.
Badass man I love this video me and my fiancée are actually closing on our new build house this month! And I have the rona to thanks for that, with the insanely low interest rates right now! Beautiful house brotha 👌
Nice! Congrats to you two!
@@DMAXRYNO much love, man thanks 💪
I’m about to get a new truck and don’t know wether or not to get the 2500 or 3500 Denali. Wanna be able to tow a mobile home or toy hauler in the future and gonna be towing a skid steer here and there for work. Would love some help! It would be single wheel. No duallys lol
Well you deserve it hard work plays
Hey u like me u put ur mind to it and take it one day at a time and u do have a beautiful house!
Got to film a good jam session. Want to see what you got behind the kit
I wish I did that with my fridge. It would make it much easier to clean
Started part time at Lowe’s fresh out of high school and only left my current job for a move up always put my two weeks in to never burn a bridge just incase the new one doesn’t work out, know my life is set being on a road crew doing asphalt making damn good money never went to college always just worked my up the hard way till I got where I wanted to be
You need to get a water softener and then you can use the master shower. Better for your pipes and everything too.
Can you show us how to build the floating tv stand?
Got a good looking home 🤙😎
Thanks!
I literally did the same exact purchase at 20, in 2009. I would say I’ve been extremely lucky. I again did the same thing on a second home in 2013 when the market was low. I like seeing these kind of videos. 🤙🏻
Oh and I have a chocolate lab named Nala that I got as a puppy when I purchased my first home in 2009 😆
This is my 3rd video I’ve seen from this guy. I watched the unfortunate but yet very fortunate at the same time video of the wildlife fire that nearly took everything he had only 2 weeks into his ranch. What’s the title of the video of what he does? It’s not in the description n would like to check it out.
Work hard, Play harder
For sema 2021 you should do a full on show build like frame, axles like everything
These are better videos do more of these
The guest bathroom shower is so funny
Good investment brah
My girlfriend and I own commercial cleaning business and stainless is a pain in the rear to get finger prints off or old dry food that might have transfered. Stainless cleaner works but none of the products work great. Spartan is probably the best stainless cleaner but not cheap. We buy Spartan products, especially acid bowl cleaner and it alone for a case of 4 1 gallon jugs is $80 without shipping and I think it's the same for stainless cleaner but you get 12 can's, luckily stainless cleaner last a long time and we only buy it a few times a year.
I feel like the consumer grade fridges, not the super high end ones, are easier to clean and less "real stainless".
I bought my first house at 22 u got me beat bro i am a craftman my self union glazier up.in portland work hard play hard bro work for it you know what i am talking about
