no click bate here when you said stuck you were not kidding WOW thats stuck BTW man you got showed with coffee creamer on the last video man you got it good hey Mr Hal take care and have yourself a great weekend
You boys are the unsung-heroes of road recovery...its tough, dirty but most noteworthy is the ever present dangerous environments you deal with...God Bless You & be safe👍👍
That is what I did for 28 years in the hills and hollars of middle Tennessee. I guess I was pretty lucky never had to have a wrecker. Needless to say my trucks lasted longer than my heart did. Thanks again for the videos I appreciate it
Hey Mr. Hal & Mr. Wilbert !! ALL that was missing on that job was the MUD HOGS !!! HAHA !! Got to see that you blocked the tandems on the ""750""with standup blocking !! Thanks for showing how they work !!! Thank God you have a sturdy ""HOLMES TREE "" to redirect off from !!! What a mess is just putting it politely !! HAHA Have a good week & ""KEEP IT SAFE "" !!
She's just a little off the road. Shouldn't take much to get her out. She's not loaded too heavy..... AND THEN YOU GET THERE AND FIND THIS....???....When you can only see the top of the tires on the low side, you know she's STUCK.......GOOD JOB GUYS.
Was wondering why they didn't slow down and find a hard spot. Probably was meeting someone. Then you answered the question when you said " tell her to turn the wheel" Great recovery for you and Mr. Wilbert. Take care and God Bless.
Great Team work , The old wreckers are work horses built for recoveries just like that . Mr. Hal and Mr. Wilbert y'all surely earned your pay on that job . Yucky old mud . Great video y'all . Stay Safe and be Careful .
The title of this video is a understatement for sure. My gosh that truck is buried and that clay is some tough stuff. Mr. Hal you have the brain trust of the company on this one. Great job👍👍
Mr. Hal & Mr. Wibert excellent recovery. This shows how every recovery or tow may need a different approach. Both of you gentle- men stay safe out there.
Nice recovery. Kirby told me he would take any of his 30 ton wreckers he built and do anything that a factory 50 ton wrecker could do lol. Hes a bad man, hes built some nice wreckers!
Mr Hal. As the boss man you're making a habit in these videos of getting dirty. First getting covered in coffee creamer and now getting caked in mud. LOL! we appreciate all your hard work, Mr Hal! Take care and stay safe out there!
Now that's some real back roads. I saw where the ditch truck would aim the tires into the ditch so when the back was drug out the front would steer up on the road. Sounds crazy but it works well You have great videos with a lot of action and some explaining. Mr Wilbert and you seem to make a good team discussing the job. The one guy I watch micromanages every single little thing. Be safe out there you two.
I know the micro manage guy. He makes a lot of rookie mistakes. Im not a tow operator but some of the things Ive seen him do defy common sense. He recently humiliated his best guy and it wouldnt surprise me if the guy quit for that. He has his son training now but his micro managing takes his crew twice as long to do a job.
Yep. That qualifies as stuck. Mr Wilbert sure is a handy guy to have around.....and you aren't too bad yourself Mr. Hal. 😁 Excellent recovery and video. Can't get enough of that old Holmes 750 wrecker. A real beast, even today and the Kirby Grant sure holds its own.
Nice recovery guy's. Would have been nice to have one of your 50 Tons on that job but you were definitely using your experience knowing they were probably to heavy to get to the job. Stay safe out there guy's.
Mr. Hal and Mr.Wilbert nice recovery and teamwork between the two of you , this looks like another case of the dump truck driver being to nice and pulling to the side to let another vehicle coming in the opposite direction pass , thank you for sharing another another great video , I still have to watch the video before this one , stay safe and GOD BLESS👍
Ima say this I was watching that tree that that 750 was cross pulling on thinking that tree ain’t got a chance against that 750 specially if ita got a good bite and got up on that tail board cause that 750 will jake the door off the devils house. Awesome recovery.
This proves that it might be a good idea to have different size dump trucks in the fleet. A tandem axel with a smaller bed might have had to make two trips, but it might not have avoided the wrecker bill.
@@robertlawler1387 Most of them I have been around want the largest truck they can afford. Be it a tri axle or quad axle. Not getting rid on an older tandem axle might be a wise decision. There are a lot of occasions that do not require twelve yards of material. If gives you versatility and that means a possible expansion of your customer base.
Guys, that looked like a rough one but you got the job done. Mr Hal I thought for a minute there Mr Wilbert was gonna have to pull you out when you jumped in the ditch lol. Great video thanks for sharing and be careful out there.
Love the use of the Holmes Tree and 3 fall tackle old school wrecker power also the gift wrap rigging on the corner of the dump bed. Much aloha for the video!
Reminds me when I was Younger, back in the oil patch. I operated a 350" wheel base rig up tandem with poles, I would have to double and sometimes triple the lines. But they were 1" lines. But you could pull or life with ease. Good job Mr. Hal and Mr. Wilbur, that's a days work there.👍🇺🇲
Great job guys. Definitely earned your money slopping around in the mud. Didn't know you all called cow trails roads. Definitely ain't getting a rotator down there.
Had yourself a good mudhole on that one folks! that 30ton really has a useful block arrangement with that double pulley setup on the drivers side! Not seen that before
My 3rd vid watching you. Its like watching a master class in cooperation. Everything's looks overwhelming and you and whoever you are in tandem with make it all go so smooth. I truly admire the respect and ability you deliver to get it done with everyone! 👍🏼😊👍🏼

It maybe that the number of jobs that a tandem is needed doesn’t warrant having one in the fleet.
