Everyone is always so focused on the transfer fee but not the accurate amount of the players contract. The website I use that tracks players contracts has him on 16.9 million pounds per season until 2026.

As a Chelsea fan, I would prefer Arsenal in Top 4 over Tottnham. Tottenham has a great manager, if they make it top 4, they will be dangerous. Not Arsenal, Arteta is not really an elite manager, so I prefer them to come to top 4 because they do not do much.
I visited England few years ago and watched game in thee different stadium. Anfield, Oldtraford and StamfordBridge. I was so impressed by Anfield and OldTraford stadium that I went back and got the tour of the stadium. As a Chelsea fan, I did not even go back for the tour because facility looked old and dirty. I did not stepped on the pitch but I can guess if the quality of stadium is that poor, grass might not be that good either.

Lukaku need to leave indeed because he was happy initially this season the moment he signed back to Chelsea. He felt like he's back home to finish his unfinished business left years ago, but it turns out to be bad luck and inconsistency in his place. It's like he's giving up on learning to fit into the system himself, he's not helping himself. In my opinion, I think he can't play for a bigger club with rich history and all those pressure.
