We took half-pension at Hotel Edenlehen which means breakfast and dinner are included. I have seen many breakfast and salad buffets during the years of travel but I think this hotel went above and beyond with a more than bountiful selection.

This is a culinary cornucopia, and foodie escapade, at its best!! I watched this mouthwatering video several times just savoring those wonderful choices, especially the desserts. Créme Brûlée is our favorite too. Thanks for sharing this, Sheila.
Hi Delwynne,, we happen to be at sea on a cruise right now and isn’t it funny how a person can look at a menu, order, and instinctively know that what you ordered is going to be terrible? 😢 My bad, tonight but of course, “my terrible” is someone else’s delicious. Re your comment: I usually end up ending the sugar crust off the creme brûlée fist! Yum, yum, yum...🍰 Thanks for YOUR views!!

Ditto on the huge portions in Europe ... when I visited Delft in the Netherlands last year, I was always stuffed after the entree! :)
I remember visiting Europe in the 70s when portions were small and Marine Steve would finish his plate and look hopefully at mine. Not today though...
