    Body types differs
    Food habit differs
    Climactic conditions differs
    Mental health differs
    Situation differs
    In short body requirements differs from person to person. So, do what suit your body the best. There is no fixed rules.

      If I sleep 7.5hrs, I feel sleepy
      Even if I sleep more than 7.5hrs like 9-10hrs, I still feel sleepy, don't know why.
      And if I sleep less than 7.5hrs, I feel sleepy
      What should I do?? I always feel sleepy even after getting enough sleeping sufficient amount of time 😢

    If I summarize it, then it's very simple that you need to sleep for 6 hours to feel fresh after waking up. 6 hours of sleep is a good sleep 🤪

    7 to 8 pm isha prayer time after take a sleep till tahajood at 2to3am and take a nap till fajar 5to 6am then direct after zohar 1:30 to 2pm small nap that's all
    muslims knows this things Because its sunna

      You'll feel lazy when you undersleep or oversleep. Probably due to sluggishness, also oversleeping can be more harmful then undersleeping

      I was saying that if he feels lazy even after sleeping 15hours , this usually happens when u already have fever
      I am not saying it's a fact , I currently have fever so , I can relate 😅

    maine agar 4 am me soya toh mujhe 9:30 am around uthna chahiye or av 7: 30 ho rhe hai 😑😑😳😳 2 hrs phirse sone chli jau 🤦‍♀🤦‍♀ kar hi lete hai afterall refreshment ho jayega 😁😁🤣🤣

    Kisi bhi phase ke khtm hone ke bad uthna h 12:30-8am 1cycleand 1phase get completed ...and 7&1/2 hrs ki sleeptoh 1cycle+1phase get completed
    Agr 2:00-am se 8am tk toh 1 cycle get completed

      How u count exact time . If u set slot of 12.30 to 8 .its impossible to sleep exact at 12.30. fr jab nind aegi vha se count krna h. But alarm pehle bj jaega
