I think leaders should be the first to make this work, in order to create a safe workplace environment to share what you know, your ideas/beliefs, what you don't know, see or hear. Feeling safe is the first and foremost step to today's knowledge economy.

EVERY manager and Supervisor of people could help themselves tremendously by listening to section 2:03 through 03:02 often...

I think this refers to the analogy of "can I trust that I won't be victimized by so and so if I tell my truth?" Many people in leadership lack this aura and will probably not be the first people to be told about stuff happening around the organization. That is why the rest resort to gossip and rumours.

Essentially, individuals who exhibit a passive nature often refrain from advocating for themselves and now desire others to alter their behaviors. Rather than cultivating their inner fortitude to act righteously, they seek external validation and expect others to conform to their preferences.

The problem is, when companies use Robert Hare's Psychopath list to hire people, such a work environment will always be toxic.
