I saw them for the first time on this tour with Rancid, The Slackers and Roger Miret and The Disasters. One hell of a show. I was 15 years old at the time and I was a huge Rancid fan..never heard of Tiger Army before, but I remember a pretty decent sized group of hardcore fans pushed forward to get up front for them. They hit the stage and blew me away, been a big fan ever since.
I prefer tiger army over all "real" psycho bands.and i don't hate the meteors and bands like them,i like them too but tiger army is unique and really awesome.and all those who say that tiger army has no rockabilly influence should listen to their 3rd album ghost tigers rise.tiger army maybe isn't psychobilly,but i don't care.they're awesome.
