- Learn how to backflip on a trampoline! In this video I’ll show you all the steps to learn a backflip on a trampoline if you have no coach and no one to spot you.
There are many ways to learn a backflip, but this is the best technique for learning on trampoline by yourself.

As a teen growing up I use to do silly little backflips like Bounce onto my back and flip over and then land on feet and flip straight away from my feet. Next one was bounce onto my knees and then backflip from my knees to my feet or another step up from that is backflip onto your knees and then from the knees immediately do a backflip off the knees. Crazy childhood memories lol would love to see something like that from you BOB

I got my front flip on trampoline a few months ago & I'm so excited to learn a back flip. I don't have a spotter so this is super helpful! Another question I'd have would be how can I spice up my front flip? I do it at the trampoline park, so I can jump off a high surface & flip, but that's about it.

To "spice it up" you can try to learn it on ground!

How do u add a twist
I'm in a trampolining course and it's going pretty well, because I do the flips and land. But I honestly don't see anything while I flip, everything just sort of blacks out until I'm on my feet again. Does it just take practice to be able to be aware of things around you?

Nah! Being taller mostly makes it harder cause you need to tuck more! But the general skill would still be the same!

No a pull over is when you do what I did in this video. A kaboom is when your legs go the opposite way and slap the trampoline to create the flip.
And yes, it’s also a bar trick.
