Chinese cuisine makes a noodle dish similar to Sara Udon, it is delicious and I like the crunchy noodle texture with the thick sauce and soft toppings. I will definitely go to RingerHut to try it!
Kura Sushi in Japan is really good and affordable. Kura opened a restaurant in Phoenix, Arizona and is such a disappointment. The quality is not good and costs 3 times as much as Japan. A plate in Okinawa Japan was around 120 Yen, where in the USA it’s $3.50 a plate. 🤬
Yeah I've heard of that!! It's expensive but it's low quality.... But Sushi is Japanese food so it must be tasty and cheap in Japan otherwise it's worthless😅
I love ramen and when in Japan, I have ramen almost every day. I like all, but my favorite are tonkotsu, dan dan and spicy ramen. I dont like "dipping ramen", and I dont like cold ramen (or any cold noodle dishes in Japan).
I also like Udon a lot, and some times Yakisoba. Champon is not my favorite, and neither Soba (although I dont know why, because thats something that I should like). I dont know the other dishes you showed. Thanks for the great video, what a fantastic noodle tour.
As for noodles in my country (Switzerland): we eat a lot of pasta (spagetti, ravioli, fettucini etc.), which is of course from Italy and not from Switzerland. A typical swiss noodle dish, mostly served in the mountains, is Älplermacaroni. Thats a mix of macaroni and potatoes, gratinated in the oven with plenty of roast onion, cream and cheese. You can also add ham or bacon. And its served with apple sauce. Sounds strange, but its really delicious (if you like dairy products). A good recipe of this dish in englisch can be found here ua-cam.com/video/ks9E6fcElBE/v-deo.html (my mother makes great Älplermacaroni, and doesnt include the "white sauce" which is shown in this recipe).
Thank you for wonderful comments and sharing great noodles from Swizerland!! I know cold noodles are sometimes not good for some people.... but that's the way!! your description of pasta looks very very very good!!! I wanna try them one day😁
Wow shio yakisoba I never tried!!!! 😮 I must try one day that!!! Thanks for all of the noodle styles explained iNok!!!! 🤛🏻 It’s hard to say what one I love as they all have there different styles and tastes!!!
