We cannot get this company to pick up our required green waste bins. We pay them for a service that consists of 4 times a month pick up. This is Tuesday. The scheduled pick-up day is Thursday. Our green waste has been sitting in the sun in front of our mobile homes for 5 days now. When I say 'we and our', I am referring to the residents of Linda Vista Mobile Home Park. This company was called numerous times by residents and our manager as to why they are not picking up the green waste when the other 2 trash trucks managed to pick up the recycling and regular trash. Each time, they gave some lame excuse, and we were told, " we will be out to pick it up on Friday." We'll that and their excuse for not picking up were lies because here we are Tuesday afternoon and they still are not here. This company is committing the felony of fraud and is open for legal action to be taken. Now then, are you (the company) going to rectify this problem by getting the trash truck to this mobile home park by 5:00 p.m. today, or are you going to not send the truck today and credit approximately 130 some odd residents this past weeks fee because you breeched everyones contract we have with you?
