Mazda b2300 locked keys in car sliding rear glass

We just got a 99 Mazda truck. I locked the doors and then found out the keys don’t work for unlocking. (I guess these tighten up). So I tried getting in all day. Even called the police for help. They couldn’t figure it out. Saw your video and was in within minutes. Including the long walk to where it was parked on our property. Genius. Bless you!

The technique was spot on! Just opened my Dads Mazda the same way. Only thing I’d add is to have a strong hanger cuz my first hanger was too flimsy. Appreciate the advice!

I locked mine in the trk in a parking lot, the hard part was convincing the mother of a 7yr old I wasn't a freak and allow her son to crawl through the window and retrieve the keys out of the ignition.
