From my own experience in ipad apple will stop supporting your device after some years and in Android it takes a lot of years for them to stop supporting certain apps on your device.

Oh, I still can't choose. Choosing a tablet is a bit different for me, I like to use a split screen and S Pen seems better, but my phone is an Apple... Like isn’t better if I go with apple for this reason? Easier to sync? But honestly I don't really want to be stuck in the Apple environment 🙈 Note-taking app on Samsung also can’t be accessed easily if not with Samsung isn’t that right?
i am using desktop pc , android phone and the ipad9 , u dont rly have to commit in any ecosystem if u dont want to (google make it easy to sync documents in all your devices). With ipad 9 u can split screen apps and have a slide window open + picture in picture yt video open with 0 lags . I have use the spen with s7+ and its rly good but if u are not an artist and u just want to take notes a clone digital pen (20$) with a plastic bumper (10 for like 2$) in the tip or just a mat screen protector gonna give u the same feeling with the ipad 9. If u want to do the extra step and keep your device for many years and have a experience apple gonna release the stage manager with the ios16 but will work with only M1 chip ipads , so maybe u can pick the ipad air for that. But imo the current multitasking u can get from ipad 9 for me is enough.
Yeah the problem is similar with me, i mau quite hard to take decisions, i want to buy a tablet, my options down to ipad or samsung tab, my daily gear use xiaomi and samsung phone, i want to try an ipad but for some reasons i think i will choose the samsung one, be cause i heard that samsung have samsungdex, so my be it will easy for me to intergrated my activities, my reason to buy tab is just for my taking note, to display chord and piano notes and multimedia, like youtube etc

I ended up with an iPad 9 which is i think a bit cheaper than Samsung. I love how easy to sync, transfer data, same charger, and my favorite is an auto-connected personal hotspot. Well.. Still trying not to get stuck with their system which I dont really like anyway, like their maps or safari. I think easier to just use googl system incase will be back to android.
Choose iPad! Even if it is more expensive, you will get a much better screen, a much smoother experience, and much more compatibility. I got an S6 Lite and going to return it. Although the S pen is amazing, there is something unacceptable to me. The bottom area of its screen is brighter than other areas, and the brightness is uneven. I noticed that the tablet in this video had the same problems, so obviously. Another thing about the screen is that the automatic brightness sucks. Besides, some 4K videos on the Bilibili App laaaag a lot, which is unbelievable for a 2022 medium-end tablet.
@@daddytheketchum It depends on what you want to do with it. I mostly use it for recreation and sometimes work with apps such as Procreate and Lumafusion. I don't know about the iPad, but the Tab S6 Lite can't directly output video from the USB-C unlike the Tab S7, S8, S9 series. However, you can launch DeX on the Tablet and use Smart View to cast it to a smart TV or use SuperDisplay if you need lag-less usage.
@haengbok I would buy the samsung if your other devices are nit apple because ipads literally can't connect or synchronize to anything other than apple. I've been using a samsung tab s6 lite since 2 years without any problems mainly for drawing and notetaking, but i also have an ipad for school and I would recommend the samsung. The apple pencil is heavier than the s pen and the smaller, rubber tip of the spen makes controlling your lines much easier than the apple pencil. Also i don't know your budget but s pen being included in the box makes samsung a bit more budget friendly than ipads imo

Hello, the iPad 9 is still a great choice, but there is a new iPad 10, and if you have a bigger budget (500-600$), you might wanna try it. It comes with a bigger display, USB-C, and a keyboard case, so it is better than the iPad 9 in many ways. It has more power than the iPad 9, and is newer, so it will receive longer software support. Cheers!

Sure, but before trying Apple, do look out for the limitations and what is allowed and not allowed by Apple. If something is not allowed then it's not allowed, there is no "hook or by crook" method in the Apple world.

Tab S6 Lite 2022 is a joke. Seriously Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 is coming out guns blazing with a Snapdragon 860/6GB RAM and QHD display at a shockingly affordable price tag and this is what Samsung is doing? Heights of laziness! Atleast could've provided an AMOLED display, and that would've made it a serious competitor to the Mi Pad 5, as no tablet under 30k INR has an OLED panel! Seriously once you go OLED you cannot go back to LED LCD tech. Even the Tab S7 FE doesn't feature an OLED panel and starts with just 4GB of ram which is definitely not enough for Android and ONEUI in 2022.
at least s7fe is half the price compare to same form factor tablets so u can compromise for what is inside for this price. Personally i dont care for oled screen or laminated displays as long as i have a flowless user experience and many years of support.
@@Narkissos_1 No bro it's not.. The Tab S7 FE is cheapest at 36k INR Wifi variant with SD778G with paltry 4GB ram which will give you a really stuttery experience (due to RAM limitations). This 4GB model is not recommended. 6/128 model is much more expensive and rarely available. Whereas Tab S7+ with same size but a way better 120hz Super Amoled display with SD865+ and 6GB ram is 49k INR. Better in everyway. So Samsung needs to seriously update the mid-range tablet segment.
@@DeepteshLovesTECH in m country the cheapest s7 FE cost 400 euro and the s7+ 770 euro the ipad pro 12.9 1150 euro (with tax and all). I know that the s7FE its slow and possible will be laggy like every android tablet but i think that for this price for this form factor if u are on a budget u rly dont have a choice but to get it. I am with u that something must change with the android products (no matter the company) cause atm imo apple just killing it. In 2022 u are forced to go with ipad cause for the same price u are getting better performance across the board and more years of support and repair shops and accessories options compare to androids. Android must lower the price or increase the performance for what u are paying ( apple allrdy force them to increase the years of support).
I prefer LCD over OLED. LCD is nowhere near as likely to burn in. But yes, Samsung is kind of a joke. They ought to at least use an older Snapdragon 800 line process instead of the 700 line. Apple uses flagship processors in all their line up, just the budget device get the a previous years model (which is still more powerful than a mid tier Snapdragon).
@@Narkissos_1 I have used the Tab S7+ it's a staggeringly good device, buttery smooth. Imo Apple iPad only matched it in multitasking in 2022 with latest iPAD OS update. My problem with iPad and iPhones is the OS itself. It's so locked down that it's a hindrance for me. External peripherals to real file access/management is a big deal to me. You can legit do more on Android and it's no secret, you are in full control of your Android device. I'll tell you, I have a full build of Linux installed in my S20 FE that I can emulate using Termux. which one did you buy?

Your choice should be Surface 7 Pro

If you have a Samsung Galaxy phone, galaxy watch, galaxy buds then the Galaxy Tab is a no brainer. I have many Macs and they are the best IMHO; but I'll go for the Galaxy mobile system for around $500 for all, and leave the computer to the Mac

I just got my tab s6 lite 2022 (oxford gray, 64gb) and it looks awesome!! It does have the screen bleed issue tho, but it doesn't matter too much
Wow, I don't understand how several people have had the same screen bleed issue
What does screen bleed mean?
iPad 9 destroys the tab s6 lite at gaming. iPad 9 has smooth 60fps in 99% of games, the s6 lite doesn't.
This doesn't matter if you don't play games on it. . . People with dedicated gaming machines don't need a tablet to play games.
Hm
Recently bought an ipad 9 for my daughter. Not that impressed. Returning in favor of getting the samsung 6s lite.
I am not a student & no drawing, games etc ..to do . Mostly for surfing the web , you tube shows , videos etc.. As an elderly person which device is better for me? S6 lite or ipad 9th generation ? Can some one answer ? thanks
Both would be good for that, sort of personal preference.

after watching your video i'll choose samsung s6 lite. i was going to the store to choose the 9th ipad but fortunately the store is closed. This video helps me to choose. thanks
Awesome comparison❤, i think i might go for s6 lite since it's in my budget, i will be only using it for short 2d animation and illustrations, ik ipad is much powerful but it also depends on how individual use it.

yes, both of these are some of the best entry level options in my opinion (s6 lite won't have performance you get on the S8 or S9 series though)
I got the iPad 9 instead of the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2022) i have everything samsung i have the tab a 7 and the tab a 7 lite even my phone too galaxy s20 fe 5g. Nice! I like ipads and I tried an iphone for a couple months but prefer android software for phones just a little bit more.
@@FishBeeProductions I agree 👍 android is more better for phones that's why I haven't moved to a iPhone yet I always used android and Samsung I pick them cuz they know how to build a phone too. So more likely I will stay with android and Samsung and probably upgrade from my s20 fe 5g phone to a s 22 or s22 plus or maybe the s23 when it comes out.
OS support from Apple is great, not Nvidia Shield TV great, but great nonetheless
@@FishBeeProductions bhai s6 lite vs ipad 9 for online study and Content watching etc Kindly suggest ?
Bought the ipad 9 but not that impressed. It's not intuitive or user-friendly, and so many apps aren't available. I regret my buy and returning it.
I’m watching this on an iPad 9 right now
Which one should a student buy
The iPad is driving a significantly more powerful chip then the Galaxy so battery life is going to favor the Samsung.
If you don't have an apple "ecosystem" do not buy the iPad. I promise you will struggle transferring files, photos ect. If you can also pick up an iPad with more storage.
Good work.... is this S6 have commpas sensor , can i use astrononical app and drone app
If you want to work on your tablet the iPad is the better choice.
If you just want to view media and use for lesiure the S6 Lite is the way.
Only for notes taking should I buy Samsung tab($317) or ipad 9th gen($487)
Both are good for that but I prefer s pen over apple pencil

Tab S6 Lite, as it comes with S PEN
Would yall recommend the galaxy tab for 2024+?
Yes
I'm watching on an s6 lite. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE. for drawing it's pretty good but I've grown out of my art phase and I'm more focused on my gaming. Bad idea. It's constantly crashing on games and one of the games glitches it and makes it restart completely. It's not something I'd recommend for people who want to play games like roblox or Minecraft on it. But for artists I would say it's okay, I guess. Just keep the s pen safe, because I lost mine in a day
What about this screen bleeding issue etc, does it bother. I don't do that much gaming just fifa or pes football, asphalt a bit, and will only considering it for reading books and making short notes etc. Suggest plx
From my own experience in ipad apple will stop supporting your device after some years and in Android it takes a lot of years for them to stop supporting certain apps on your device.
The Bionic chip is much more powerful than the Snapdragon...it is like 2 times as powerful so Ipad is a no-brainer!
I watched the video to collect information of 2022 s6 lite tap.
I think this video will help a lot in purchasing tabs. thank you!
Glad I could help!
I don't know if I'm the only one with this, but when I turn on multi-window mode on my Samsung S6 Lite(2024) and along with it eye comfort mode, I get different shades of yellow flashing on the screen. It is very distracting. Am I the only one who has this? If anyone can help me, help fix this please.

@@FishBeeProductions what is cheapest ipad i can buy? are used ipad any good?
Oh, I still can't choose. Choosing a tablet is a bit different for me, I like to use a split screen and S Pen seems better, but my phone is an Apple... Like isn’t better if I go with apple for this reason? Easier to sync? But honestly I don't really want to be stuck in the Apple environment 🙈
Note-taking app on Samsung also can’t be accessed easily if not with Samsung isn’t that right?
i am using desktop pc , android phone and the ipad9 , u dont rly have to commit in any ecosystem if u dont want to (google make it easy to sync documents in all your devices).
Same problem. I am a Student and want a tab for note taking. I have an iPhone. And buying the samsung tab would not be able to sync it. On the other hand I can buy the iPad for better ecosystem. I want the stylus to do more functions, the apple pencil, i don’t think has it.
But the the S-pen has a button on it, which is really helpful and handy. At the same time I want a little better display just for youtube videos thats all. Now main comes the price, the iPad costs a little bit more than samsung.
I am really confused what to buy
I ended up with an iPad 9 which is i think a bit cheaper than Samsung. I love how easy to sync, transfer data, same charger, and my favorite is an auto-connected personal hotspot. Well.. Still trying not to get stuck with their system which I dont really like anyway, like their maps or safari. I think easier to just use googl system incase will be back to android.
Despite smaller screen iPad looks bigger due to bigger overall body.
Ipad isn't expandable
Why should I choose a platform that have a closed ecosystem. Agree with the screen part but the s6 lite is smooth and actually have more compatibility
@@daddytheketchum It depends on what you want to do with it. I mostly use it for recreation and sometimes work with apps such as Procreate and Lumafusion. Another reason for choosing iOS is it's more secure when I have many simplified Chinese apps for daily use, which might be spying on my devices continuously...
Maybe you bought the fake one.

Which one works best for an artist?
both actually, just personal preference or depends if you can use the apps you need on each one

Hi can both tablets do video out (wired) to an external monitor?
iPad yes, s6 lite no
@@FishBeeProductions Thanks for the clarification
I don't know about the iPad, but the Tab S6 Lite can't directly output video from the USB-C unlike the Tab S7, S8, S9 series. However, you can launch DeX on the Tablet and use Smart View to cast it to a smart TV or use SuperDisplay if you need lag-less usage.
Can I output music like Spotify through s6 usb c port
Which of the two could last longer without experiencing any lagging? I'm planning to use it throughout my 4 years of med school.
probably ipad since its more powerful to handle future updates better
@@FishBeeProductions Thank you so much for responding. Do you think it's still okay to use an ipad even though my phone and laptop are not from apple?

Cheers!
I like samsung but iam thinking apple for my first time not sure my phone and everything I have is samsung but I really want to try apple don't know what to do oh thank you for the great video
Sure, but before trying Apple, do look out for the limitations and what is allowed and not allowed by Apple. If something is not allowed then it's not allowed, there is no "hook or by crook" method in the Apple world.

I'm also a Samsung user, but their budget tablets are slow and laggy. I'm going to wait for the iPad 10.

I just plug my phone into a dock which is connected to my Monitor and can emulate Linux and use "REAL" LINUX Development Tools that is not available with iPad.
which one is good for long run?
