It’s amazing how the mind behaves when you are tired or worn out. Cold also has a similar effect. Train like you fight, fight like you train 💪👍

    Outstanding stuff.
This is something that has not been touched upon in any other self defence program I’ve seen.
No one else has articulated that you will be forced into such a situation when you’re exhausted, not in the mood, feeling sick or drunk or whatever.
Very important…and your attacker is definitely switched on and in the mood.
Cheers to Mike’s training partner…she was awesome.

Great work. To point it out:
She Covered up. She moved forward. She counter attacked, caused damage and she got of the scene. That's it.
And of course she challenged herself and even shows it online. No ego, just great work ethic. Respect, well done 👊💪

Love it. In our gym (we learn an amalgam of Kali/Silat, very simple judo and BJJ, dirty fighting, catch wrestling, limb destruction, etc) our instructors have an iron rule:
Every defensive move must be paired with an offensive move.
Looks like these guys have the same philosophy!

Good job lady. I love that training. When we trained stick fighting for the riot police, we did something very similar: jumping squats, burpees, turning around on the spot, then you get attacked in 3 different ways from 3 different attackers (not at the same time) and have to defend yourself with a tonfa and with empty hands.

@@schoolofselfprotection When my krav maga instructor can't make it, I take over and I slip a little urban combatives in my courses and I try to put them through a little stress test at the end. With no surprise, it's the part they like the most! Thanks for the videos and the inspiration!

This is exactly military and anti terror style training. Nice.
Add in a few hours of prior sessions or a 15k march and you have perfection. The only addition I would suggest is for both parties to wear protective gear to be able to go harder, longer.
But then it wouldn't look as good on video.

Amazing, this is using the techniques in the simplest, safest and most effective way.
We all know that "blocks" in martial arts do not work, and the traditional way of practicing martial arts is of dubious application.
What is this style? Is it krav maga?

Useless. The Power she brings to the target would do nothing to a real competitiv Agressor. Watch the video. Sometimes she didn't connect the knee and it is totally actoring, that he is falling in both "fights"

Listen Muppet. It maybe seems fake in your eyes. But the impact is real. I would love to show you in real life. But you probably are never leaving your moms basement. I would love to meet you. You need a humbling experience. You put on that suit. And you can fight back as much as you can. After that we talk again.

Pffft dude, you are MASSIVELY missing the big picture. 99% of women would freeze up, of that other 1%, the vast majority would hit run or hit back in a way that gets them koed, raped or murdered. Her hand placement was great, she attacked with the necessary speed, the strength can always be built. I agree with UC you are very naive.
