mayur dhodare u can take admission in home university but then u will not be able to get any scholarship from icar...and for seats u can check previous years information bulletin whose link is in description.... this year’s bulletin will be released with application form but u can get idea from previous year’s bulletin

If ur subject is not included in that particular discipline’s eligibility that means u r not eligible...
