- Early on Sunday morning, before the sun began to rise, Mary Magdalene came to the tomb to finish a painful task, the burial of her beloved Lord and Master. The pain and agony she must have felt as she mourned the Savior’s death is beyond comprehension. As one of the Lord’s most faithful and devoted followers, Christ’s appearance to Mary that Easter morn, places her as the first witness of the resurrection! Knowing Jesus was willing to reveal himself first to her, gives us all hope that we too can testify of the Savior’s divinity no matter who we are!

Jesus Christ healed me! This is my story about my healing! I was extremely ill !! I had diabetes and kidney failure, which urgently requires dialysis! I prayed to God to heal me, not for me, because I don't deserve it, but for my little children, who were left without a mother! in exactly that day, in which I prayed, the Lord healed me! I suddenly felt the pain in my kidneys go away, as well as the dryness in my mouth (diabetes). I'm a new women now! I thank the Lord for His mercy and love for us!

This is also true across most organised religions. 'The Church' has actively changed herstory to history e.g. Mary Magdalene called a prostitute - when she was an apostle, Mary's Gospel removed from the Bible, no women ordained as priests/bishops ... no woman Pope. Mary - the mother of Christ = called a virgin - even though she went on to have more children. The Church of Rome has systematically held women back and eroded early teachings .... that is divisive.

Wonderful video. As a girl and having had my own demons taken away by Jesus, I was touched that Mary was special to Jesus because of her faith. This gives me a new hope. 🕊️

Once Satan has had you, he will never ever stop trying to get you back. I've been saved for 4 years and I met a very nice older gentleman who came to our church because his closed for covid. I feel sorry for him and felt that he needed a friend. It wasn't long before he told me he was looking for another wife and I said don't look over here I'm not available. He is a business owner here and has quite a bit of money. when he started telling me all of what he was worth I said stop that doesn't impress me in fact it turns me off to hear people brag about money. I came from it and I saw what it did to my family they were destroyed. Anyway I ended up spending six to eight hours a day with him and enjoyed his company. I thought maybe I was being blessed with a good Christian man for once. His mask came off the day after our wedding, I went into a tailspin thinking not another one! He started mentally abusing me that I got physical, I laid down my boundaries the day after we were married and he crossed them all. I saw him literally possessed with demons and he is a sadist. I've been in bed with covid and long covid for 7 months, and the rare times he was here to feed me whenever he wanted to just pushing buttons trying to get an argument so he could fly into one of his epic rages of profanity seriously possessed. The last time he did that I used the sword in Ephesians 6 which is God's word. His eyes were cold black the pupils were completely dilated and every light was on that's one sign. He couldn't speak when I told him to tell them to get out in the name of Jesus Christ, when I started praying and reading the Psalms for 2 hours he couldn't move he was paralyzed but the black eyes remained. At that point I realized I actually invited an unbeliever possessed of demons into my home and I threw him out for the last time. I've been warning him for almost a year that he had no Fruits of the Spirit at all, but every deed of the flesh minus drinking. So now he's using his power influence and money to stalk me, he gave me a company phone so he hired a hacker to go straight for my bank account and now it's locked. But I know God is in control of this. Psychology calls it narcissistic personality disorder, malignant psychopathic subset. It's just demons. We don't wrestle with flesh and blood, but principalities, powers, spiritual wickedness in high places. I've been with four of these type of men two almost killed me. I didn't want to get married, but I thought maybe it was a blessing from God finally I answered His call. This has been a year from hell, the worst trial. But the Lord is getting me through it, I can't do anything for myself but He has made sure all my needs have been met!
You can read about spiritual warfare in Ephesians 6. I will pray a prayer for protection over you my dear Sister in Christ. Do not ever let your guard down!

i was an ex hindu and was worshipping the idols for more than twenty years...... and I avoided Jesus so many times .... thou I was having the worst nightmare with withcraft.. depression and all the mental trauma .... and the funniest part is that I wanted to prove these idols are real God's which I ultimately failed .... the best thing is our saviour with such an unconditional love and mercy touched me once .. right from that day I threw all the idols ... I learnt to love ppl ... pray for ppl and help ppl.. these are qualities Jesus himself will teach us if we accept him whole heartedly... he is having mercy for all the ppl .... I was delivered after twenty five years and it's still unbelievable ... my life changed.... Jesus loves me like anything.. I have dedicated my life to him.. iam not married no friends yet iam complete with Jesus .. having super time with him.. I know the real meaning of love it's Jesus.... what a lord we serve .... can't wait to see him.... this is true testimony of mine ... it's high time all the ppl shd turn to our savior and be saved ... everyone shd taste Jesus then they will know he is the loving God.... jesus I love u so much Amen ...

Praise the Lord!! I thank God for His wonderful grace and mercy. For seven years I had horrible addiction, and just was in a horrible place in life. Then like a ton of bricks over the head one day I just gave it all up and turned to Christ. Mama never gave up on me. She prayed every single day and I can't thank her enough. This story just hits home. Thank God for His Mercy I mean that sooo very much. It's never too late to turn around and lean on Jesus. I was such a bad addicted person, who did do many horrible things but because of Christ's blood I am redeemed.
What I immediately think of when it's pointed out that Mary recognised Jesus when He said her name, is that He also called her by name just before healing her. What an unforgettable moment that would be - no wonder that would cause her to recognize Him.

I had a dream (or vision) which started with Jesus calling me by my nickname. I know that He knows me. I haven't seen him in person (in this life), but I knew it was him. He gave me a message through what he showed me in my dream. And part of it has already come true. I can't remember his looks, but I knew it was Him. As I watched this, I was crying, and praying that I'd be resurrected on the morning of the first day, or be able to meet Him when He comes back. I'm so grateful for Him and His and Heavenly Father's love for me. Also for the Holy Ghost.

@Larry Cavalli Eve was deceived, Adam was not, he willing disobeyed. There's a line of thought that that says Adam took of the fruit that Eve offered him because he wanted to be with her. Adam remembered what God said about the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. He knew what would befall Eve when she came to him with said fruit. Could Adam have foreshadowed Christ's sacrifice to always be with us by sacrificing himself to be with Eve? Christ is called the second Adam.
Yes @Fitzboden Christ revealing his resurrected self to a woman before anyone else, before he had even reported to Heavenly Father, is profound and significant. It is also a reflection of his deep humanity and proving our friends on Earth can be our friends in eternity.
I believe in the preexistence before Adam and Eve had forgotten all, that it was Eve who had to first agree that she and her posterity of women would be willing to partner with God by entering the “valley of the shadow of death” to bring His children to the earth. This decision, though without memory of the agreement is symbolized by Eve partaking of the fruit first.

As I watch this again, I'm always learning something. I noticed how these women were not afraid of being arrested or killed for following Jesus openly even to his death and resurrection. As we near our Lord's return in these uncertain times, I pray for all who belong to him to have the faith and courage to follow him even as we see persecution; the valley of the shadow of death. So well done! I’ve been to Magdala, Israel so I appreciate your separating the truth from fiction about this Mary. Can’t help but think of her dedication. (The women carried about 75 pounds of spices to the tomb by themselves.) When life gets hectic in America, expectations beyond reason, politicians out of control making it up as they go hurting children at the southern border, luxuries failing, inflation on the rise, etc ...I think of this woman whose priorities are beyond human nature. She grounds me thousands of years later by the Grace of God. What a joy it will be to some day meet Mary face to face who walked many miles from her home town to Jerusalem for her Lord and then home again by the Sea of Galilee. Thank you. ❤️

Exactly, except that ecclesia means assembly or gathering, not church. That verse about Peter indicates the rock of FAITH, not Peter himself. Praise Yah for this revelation! It is saddening that some people choose to distort true scripture for their own purposes. Jesus made Peter the head of his church on earth. Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven; whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven. Because the church has had corrupt leaders during its 2,000 years doesn't mean it is not the true church of Jesus - I will be with you until the end of time. Which may not be far off given recent events in the USA and the world.

It’s all wrong. The first woman Jesus met after his resurrection was Mary his mother. He appeared in her own room and surely called “ Mom “ ! Who else could it be more important than his own mother, the lady who shared the salvation of human with him !
