Love this recipe...added onions and extra mushrooms. It was a big hit with my family. Thanks Mama Sue.
How long you cook it in the crockpot?
I brown mine on both sides, but I cut some onion in kinda big slices and put in the skillet while browning. The take it out, and the grease that's in the skillet I put some self rising flour in it add salt and pepper and let it brown kinda dark. Then I add water to the flour and make it kinda runny, and put steaks and onion back in and cut it down and let it cook till tender. Keep a check on it to make sure it don't stick, don't cook to high. May take an hour or so to tender. 👌
We do our deer steak similar to this.

I haven't had cubed steak in quite awhile and your video has me craving it now! I'm getting everything I need to make this soon! It looks amazing! We are planning on having your crockpot lasagna soup very soon. I just got all the ingredients for it. I want to get both your cookbooks. I know my mother would enjoy your recipes because your recipes are a lot of what she use to make when us kids were growing up with some differences but not many.
