@@aae7583your hair growth has nothing to do with trims and that’s a big myth i hear all the time. Trims maintain breakage, it doesn’t help your hair follicles to grow 😂 The whole thing with growth is how long it takes your hair from your scalp to grow, some quick, some slow.

You trim as often as your hair needs it. Usually when it's harder to run a comb or brush through it. Or lots of split ends

So, getting the trims often made your hair thicker vs. really long?
Natural hair tends to get bigger as it gets longer. You wouldn’t see the length unless it’s stretched.
