RUNNING WASHINGTON D.C.

I start out my first full day on this work trip with a run to the National Mall in Washington D.C. This is a grassy park area that is home to days' and days' worth of attractions. On this sunrise run, I visit the Capitol Building, the Washington Monument, and the Reflecting Pool in front of the Lincoln Memorial.
It has been probably about 25 years since I've been to our nation's capitol. And I have forgotten just how beautiful this city is. I really love it here.
