Like I told you, the new Byzance Vault is the Candyland. Very cool that you picked a Vintage Pure cymbal, it is their most unique and in my opinion best line at the moment. Keep it up!! Greetings :)
You are the luckiest dude to be sponsered by meinl. I am going to be selling my classic custom dark series cymbals to buy the 16 extra dry medium thin hihats and some extra thin cymbals. Keep rocking my friend!!
@@westondifranco9313 how did you like the classics custom darks? I’m slowly buying up some buzance stuff for my home studio/more moderate gig uses, but I wanna grab a more affordabke set of cymbals for my more reckless gigs…
@@kevinbothwell8425 I sold mine about a year ago as I wanted a darker and drier sound. But they are a great option at a good price for louder music. For the price they are tough to beat. I prefer the 18" and 20" crashes over the 16" but a personal preference.

Hey Siros, I have a 2 questions for you you mentioned in this video being a studio session drummer I wanted to get into the same thing what are some of the qualifications you would need for this job and my other question would you need to learn to read music I my self am a self taught drummer and learn music by ear
Hi! You'll need to be able to record to a click, play various different genres of music, always play for the song, and be able to communicate well with the client you're working with. If you have your own studio with all the necessary equipment, you can do remote sessions from there, otherwise you'll be limited to only traveling and recording in other studios. Being able to read music is definitely a big plus, but not a requirement. Depends on what type of music you'll mostly be recording.
Siros Vaziri thank you so much for replying I have one more question how would I go about getting an opportunity to play in studios I’m 17 but I’m eager to let people know what I’m capable of doing
@@KayDrums175 hey man! I know this comment is a few years old and you’re 20 now - but I can shed a little light on this. The best thing you can do is start playing with as much local talent as possible. Eventually someone you’re playing for is going to want to get into a studio to record some stuff. Take that opportunity to shake hands and rub elbows and literally say “I want to do sessions, here’s my info, please keep me in mind”. Do that as often as humanly possible. Another great way is to get some home recording gear and go through a platform like fiverr.
Hey Siros. I am looking for the same qualities that you chose for your Symmetry Ride. Except, I need to know the weight. Could you please share the grams for the 22” symmetry ride? Either way, thanks so much !
Only one I like was the high hats....What’s the point of having a bell on a cymbal if you can’t even hear, seriously, both rides I couldn’t even hear the bell, I have the Zildjian 22 inch light ride, and it’s way better than any of these cymbals put together. I don’t get meinl..... they sound like trash smash cymbals
I think I'm in love with vintage pure!
Siros i wish you could do every meinl cymbals demo ever!!!
Yo those two rides you picked out sound freaking amazing. I'd sell most of my cymbals just to get the symmetry ride.
It's insane, I've been dreaming about it for a long time now haha, fits perfectly with my setup at the moment.
You could never go wrong with a byzance traditional, sound beautiful as ever
Meinl = Best Cymbals
I sit and watch you play all day, stunning sounding kit and cymbals, top notch
put the dual splash on the trash splash as an x-hat?
Might have to give that a try!
my god that vintage ride is incredible! need a second one for wall decor ,PPP
Nice cymbals dude!!! Congra....
