Yes she should be charged like everyone else who gets a first offense DUI which by Texas law is up to a $2,000 fine and 180 days in jail That's the law. That law has nothing to do with how many times someone has put someone else in jail so that doesn't matter at all. Why are you guys trying to spin this story? The chronology is wrong. Her personal days, where she actually just disappeared without a word for weeks, were taken AFTER she was first pulled over for a DUI and let go with a warning.
You failed to report that during that interaction with the cops she was pulled over not only for speeding but for driving on the wrong side of the road and was obviously drunk. She leveraged her position as a judge to get the officers to release her. The senior officer even told her that he could lose his position if he let her go due to her being a judge. Yet, he still did it. You could request the body cam yourself if you cared. It's public information. You probably have it and just released the parts that advanced your spun, askew view.
Are you guys trying to spin the story because elections for her position as judge will be coming up soon?
We need to hold our public officials responsible. They should be held to a higher level of accountability than regular citizens.

I wonder if she had reported these stops and arrest to the bar like she is mandated to do. Inmy state ypu dont get a pass on DUI. You get arrested , a trip to jail until you are allowed to leave. You automatically have your license revoked for one year, up to a$2000 fine and possibly up to a year in jail. Get it up to three in ten years or less and you are going to state prison for up to seven years. Im sure being a cop, prosecutor, judge or politician havehand slap exemptions

She's going to end up killing somebody if she keeps driving around plastered! It doesn't matter what good she's doing in the world if she's driving her car around while she's drunk.
Have a heart for victims of drunk driving. Don't be close-minded.

More importantly, she should get harsher sentence, since she knows better and judges others for the same offensive behaviors

Further more they need to file a home lein against the defendant estate and seize the defendant home for unpaid proceeds to the 7victims incause 1113590. They need arrest Kimberly Nicole Singleton and Lillie mae Singleton if they file a false deed heirship affidavit to gain sole or co ownership of the late defendant Celestine brown home as reported to kim oggs first assistant that we want charges filed again lillie mae and Kim Singleton if they file a false heirship affidavit to start the chain of title to Celestine brown new home. Just because they are paying the mortgage on the late Celeste Brown house does not give them the right to file a false deed to inherit the late celestine brown home.
