The affected area is mostly on Peter's Hall side the government wouldn't be able to compensate the hotel if it fly over it most of Providence wouldn't get affected That area is docking port your seeing The canals will have to get reworked to prevent flooding
Interesting views of where the new Demerara Harbour Bridge will be located. .There are still very many questions about when it will start to construct. Would love to see a computerised plan of how and what the bridge will look like. Hope they keep the old bridge. I know you might not have the details but so very curious to know.😊
Appreciate the effort to disclose information about the New DHB, but some work research should have been done before making the video. First of all no part of the current DHB will be used. That bridge will be completely scrap. The new bridge will run from La Grange and connect to a new 4 land road from Lagrange to Hubu, EBE. The bridge will further land into Nandy Park, EBD via a flyover as u said.
Wow! Me n hubby always enjoy watching uur videos , u always showcased the beauty of Guyana 🇬🇾 so yes keep up the good job we always awaiting ur new videos . This one is awesome 👌
Hopefully it is engineers from another country and not Guyanese , it is called an overpass Guyana has the capability of doing this, if they are moving houses they will have to pay a lot to the people owing those houses and land. Hopefully they get Norweigian engineers and not Chinese.
Great work my brother. Why Guyanese engineers and politicians don't think of the future. This location is bad for several reasons 1/ Added Cost, filling of drains moving of homes etc 2/ No room for expansion 3 Too close to present major housing. My Suggestion is the area over one of the Demerara river islands. 1/ Reduce Cost. As the main bridge supports will be on the island and not the river bed. 2/ Major harbours can be developed further down the river without having to deal with a bridge. 3/ The opening up of areas on both sides of the river for development. Conclusion: If you every cross the bridges in NYC you can see the vision of the engineer politicians who build bridges to fix this day and age without knowing this 21 century..
Thank you for sharing this vlog, I lived on that Old Road when you made the left into Peter's Hall, couldn't recognize anything now, been 37 years I left.
