A really solid video like always, the one thing i would say is maybe hit up more manufacturers, when I started ordering samples with designs that go across the shoulder I was met with a few people that said they couldn't, but ended up finding around 3 to 4 that could do it, its just the MOQ is the biggest problem
In future ask them for swatches of fabrics you could have printed. These with a one station press or a 16x20 heat press I only use manufacturers. On stuff I can't print my self or locally I a appreciate you video experience once you get a few go to manufacturers. The process will be much more efficient because they will know your standards
I live in Australia a quote for something of similar quality is roughly $40-45 per unit which is nuts and $230 a single sample . Overall the quality and standard of print is very good. But your method sounds very effective in terms of communication overseas, thank you.
Your factory is really new. You shouldve gone with someone with more years of experience, cause they wouldve definitely been able to make the exact design you wanted for 300 dollars

Just marketing, also people do it to scam buyers. Ask for photos or example work they have done. Any good manufacture will already have examples of print especially if it’s a basic items such as a hoodie, t shirt etc.

Say if you were to sample local, how would you then inform manufacturers overseas about the samples you've already done and improved of.
Send out your one to the manufacture or very detail break down , photos, colour codes, fabric sample etc
