What Friends? New People dont normaly have friends. Leading new people into the rec center will most likely make them never login to rec room again. Better would be to lead them to some great single player experiences (Its not so hard to make a list of like 10 or more user generated rooms that are truly great and not just some cash grabs). After they are used to the locomotion and world of Rec Room its fine to drop them into some multiplayer experiences, but if it happens too quick people will just be drawn off Rec Room by too young people (to phrase it nicely) that dont know how to behave.
