It’s truly disturbing to see that Charlene did not think about the welfare of her children at all! Her attempt to get them back was done essentially to satisfy her own wants. How about removing Tim out of their lives after witnessing what he did to his daughter? I just can’t understand.

I remember watching a video on Tim Dean. Hearing again about him assaulting his own child makes my blood boil so much. He's a coward, a bully and a straight up monster, and Charlene masterminding Josh's murder is no better, absolutely disgusting. Poor Amber being murdered in cold blood was such a senseless and heartless act. The fact that her kid was in the backseat witnessing their Mother's life being taken, I remember it broke my heart to hear those details. So sad. Thats more accurate for sure, but I doubt anyone is assuming psychological damage was avoided as that takes years to find out. Safe to say the boy will bear scars from this, and I think we should be careful as it's only the stupid criminals who are caught the majority of the time

The fact that he was a police officer probably made him feel he COULD get away with it. Not due to corruption but more so that he would be well aware of the fact that plenty of murderers do get away with it. You're not bound to get caught because you kill someone. Nearly half of them go unsolved every year. As a police officer, he was well aware of that but the general public seems to think if you kill someone you're bound to be caught which is unfortunately not true.
Tim was an incompetent self centered police officer. Of course he didn’t think he’d get caught. He’s too smart to get caught….so he thought.

A female officer told me some outrageously high number of LE spouses are murdered each year during divorce/custody dispute. What!?!?
I NEVER once worried about that until my friend drove to my house because my phone went right to VM. Everything was fine.

yes, it has happened. some years ago the police chief in tacoma WA killed his estranged wife, then himself, when they were meeting in a parking lot to exchange their kids.
@@lisabradford8180 Yeah, something to do with the officers being about to retire and the spouse choosing to bounce with his pension around that time. Apparently they don't take kindly to that. At least that's the reason I've been told many times.
This isnt the inly concern with the wives of male officers. Another one is that they are buddy buddies with the judges, attorneys, and local police. They have many avenues to abuse you by misusing their power. Its best to relocate far away to a place they dont have so much influence in order to be safe.
@@anonymoususer4866 i believe those were concerns of the wife. the reason she kept quiet for so long before she left him was who would believe her over the chief of police, one with a good record and good reputation. behind closed doors he was abusive and controlling and she couldn't take it anymore.
It has very little to do with the character of the LE, and everything to do with easy access to firearms. In my opinion, at least.

So Charlene posted a video of her husband abusing his daughter, and never once thought her children who also lived there would be affected.
After her children were affected, she decided to have her husband kill her children's father to retain custody, and never once thought that even if it weren't traced back to them, the state would place the children in his next of kin as opposed to putting them back in the home of an abuser-- that SHE exposed.
