Andra Vornicu joins Steve to discuss a huge variety of topics, including: musicians dealing with self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and some of the tactics they've both used to navigate mental health issues that have arisen through the UK lockdown. Andra is one of our violinists and she was born in Romania. It's fascinating to hear how - despite many struggles early on in her musical education - Andra worked through the hardships and has become a successful musician.

Never second guess yourself, you bring a special and unique beauty to óur lives. It may not be relatively apparent, but your work touches so many! Follow your heart and take solace in your beautiful talent that you offer us! You enrich us all, thank your sharing your wonderful gift! FWIW I've dealt with both severe depression and social anxiety, (its an extrodinary challenge but not insurmountable). Thing I figured out is be yourself , most people think~5% of what you believe they do, : *SÍMPLY BE YOURSELF*! Others are judging you on their internal opinions. Don't let them dictate who you should be! Your better than "fine" *exactly* as you are, don't change a thing about yourself!1 You are a beautiful spirit, never allow someone take that fróm.you! :-)
