MashaAllah it does look good but I was told in another cooking video that this vegetable which is RED inside is old & over cooked & does not taste good & we must NOT cook it. It tastes Sour & Hard. While you were cutting, it was all Red inside my dear. I never cooked a red one so I don’t know.
So simple recipe and as you mentioned it is healthy too.
