I'm not able to make decisions bcz maine idhr udhr dhundha toh pta chala ki top nits me coding culture hota hai agr lower nits me ho toh coding seekh sakte ho smoothly. Mujhe humesha se tech me interest rha hai like programming and AI etc. But kahin lower branch lekr coding seekhne se work load badh toh nhi jaayega ? And aisa nhi cahhta ki mein other activities me involve na hoon bss apne course and coding me hi time jyda spent ho ja rha aisa nhi cahhta baki saari cheejon mein bhi involve hona chahta hoon. Aur doubt hai ki agr top nits me coding culture hai toh agr mein coding seekhta hoon toh kya mere liye top tech jobs me opportunities kam hongi compared to cse wlaa student in that nit. Kya mein lower branch me hote hue bhi wo jo news me crore ke package lagte hain cs wale ke wo muhhe bhi mil skta hai agr mein lower branch me hote hue bhi coding krun ? Aur mujhe kaisa coding culture milega and environment and sources of learning coding ? Aur bhi hai ki top nit ki toh baat hi alag hai as i heard. Dusri possibility hai ki mein mediocre nit me ece le loon ar fir tech field me chale jaun. Ishme bhi doubt hai wahi upar waale questions. 3rd .. is nit jsr or jisme cse mil rha in iiit me cse le loon pr.. sab jagah yahi dekh and sun rha ki iiit me baki activities kam hote hain and over-all college life and enjoyable things compared to nit poor hote hai ... etc and aur bhi please help me. Aur koi hai nhi ye sab jankari. Provide karane wla..

Hi dii Im from odisha itself and 1st year dropper...so being from homestate also SC what would be good percentile for CSE branch in NIT rourkela ! I was an avarage student in std 12th got 70 % only and its tough to be motivated always that I can do it ! 😢

@@omveera1 Thank you so much for your timely support, she is planning for biotechnology and her rank is 38000 having no reservation,so we have applied in all NIT'S having biotechnology, don't know much about the allotment.
Bro u can manage bcz the classes in 1st year are just for 5-6 hrs.also few days u can have half day holiday and Saturday and Sunday are very useful for jee adv prep but u will have exams for every 2 months (u will have some usefull syllabus equal in both jee and semester exams ) one of my friend from nit calicut biotech scored 98.6%Ile and jee adv rnkof 4800 in 2023 (he is very dedicated towards semester as well as jee so time management is very important also not wasting time with frnds is the key😅) if u r willing to prepare for jee adv just do it and do not tell anybody until you get it. best of luck 😊

Choose a branch of your interest, at the end of the day tumhe branch subjects bhi padhna hai. So choose a branch wisely.
