Amazing blooms! I didn't realise how big they were till you held them for scale - they're absolutely spectacular Dave. Congrats on outstanding results at the shows, too.
Hi Dave, 1st congratulations on winning all your awards particularly best in show. It was interesting to see how you select which bloom's & why. As you said that's it for 2021, looking forward to your videos in 2022. I've decided that next year I'm going to grow a lot more varieties and perhaps enter a local show. Its your enthusiasm and passion that had inspired me over the past 2 year's. Thanks
Hi David, I'm writing to you from Cusco, Peru. I watch your videos and the flowers you have are very pretty. How could I choose the seed for your giant dahlias because here where I live there are only small dahlias?
Truly inspirational stuff Mr Gillam, can I ask, do you ever suffer powdery mildew around this time of year? Your dahlia growing is an art form truly and congratulations on this year’s results
David, What a great season you had this year and to top it off by winning some great awards, good on you. David you must be the only person I know that knows what 5.30 a.m. in the morning looks like. I've yet to see those ungodly hours myself. Is that it or will you make one more video showing the " plot " being prepared for the winter? Cheers, Chris Perry.
