    I love your video's Dy Ann ❤ your advice are so incredibly good and straight to the point as well as everything makes sense ! Love,love,love ❤ I would like to know how your day of eating, nutrition looks like . I am following meat base, Carnivore way of eating but I feel heavy and have digestive issue with too much protein 😕 it would be amazing to get some tips from you . Thank you very much ❤️

      Okay some MindSet Homework for you:
      1) why did you decide to follow the carnivore diet?
      2) Does that makes sense for you?
      3) what foods do you enjoy that you miss because you are only eating meat?
      4) do those foods make sense for you?
      5) what are your goals?
      6) what lifestyle allows you to LOOK and FEEL your best while also living AUTHENTICALLY?
      Feeling heavy and having digestive issues is not living authentically. Why are you doing that to yourself?
      I want you to actually write this out! This is the work WE DON’T DO before just jumping into something someone else has created into a fad.
      You need to do that MindSet Shift work before food choices will make sense for you! What I eat will not make sense for you! Let me know what you come up with.

      @@nutmegananne 2-3 days of macro counting...see where things fall. Add 10 - 20 grams here and there to see how that feels and if you are noticing changes. It has to make sense for you. It has to feel good for your body. I will be posting some protein meals I have in the community section.

    I want to be on board with fasting. I felt happy about the idea, until I watched a video that showed a study that after 16 hours your body start using your muscles as fuel. Have you heard of this? Thanks! Gina

      That is just not true. If you weight to lose and you feed your self properly, why would your body do that. It is just not true.

    I eat protein about 45g and that’s all I really like

      This is where happy and healthy need to merge. 45g might not be enough for the full health benefits. But chasing protein might not make you happy. And will you be happy with less than advertised health benefits. Only you have the answers to that!

    Hi DyAnn! I just did your intermittent fasting course in January and am keeping up with the 20-hr. fasting except for the week before my period & also ovulation days. My big ? with intermittent fasting is how to get enough protein in that 4-hr. eating window? I am 5’1”, but I don’t get anywhere close to 110-115 grams…

      In the video I give some general recommendations! That is a good place to start. Figure out what you want, what you might be missing then play with the grams to see how different ranges work for you! It is not a perfect thing to shoot for. Shoot for the results you want.
