Try to learn how to "vocal fry" actually they're not screaming they're vocal frying where you use your diaphragm not your lungs so your throat will not damage😁

You can and do, but if you're from an majority English Province, you won't be able to keep it, unless you use it everyday. In Montreal English is #2, In Toronto, French is #12...as an example.
@@blackaria2011 More so, you can be taught in English in QC, until HS (CEGEP), then you have to speak French. NB is the only officially bilingual province in Canada.
