Mike excellent video. You covered all the things that people need to think about before dropping some serious money on a board. I would just add that like all things in life you get what you pay for. No bargains in such a new sport so if it’s really cheap there is a reason....
Jetsurf for me, love the design and craftsmanship. missed a few too many days due to working too hard though. Thanks for the video Mike, very informative
Hi there Mike, one question for you if you can help me. Petrol boards, Jetsurf or Mako? Wheight and power are is basically the same, but what's your understanding as far as maintenance, support and durability? thanks a lot, great to find your videos to help us with this
Hello please Can you give me your point of view about the models it is better to buy for creating a little nautic base. I have a préférence for onean. So do you think it is good to mix one or two mantas for quite family ride and one or two carver x ? Thanks
Mike, great vid but still need your advice. Which board is good for tackling long easy breaking waves? My idea is that we have a 100 metre break but it's 200 metres off shore, so I ride out, catch the wave ( turn off the power ) then zoom back out to the break for the next set. The surfers are closer in surfing the main break but this will put me out in my own space. I am thinking electric Carver but not sure. Thoughts?
Hi Gerry! Thank you! None of the jetboards can ride without power (maybe only efoils). I think Jetsurf is the best on the waves, you can see my videos where i ride Jetsurf on the waves. It is very noisy however. You cant ride it without power because the jet acts like a break. Efoil is also possible to ride in waves!
Ewave is a legit brand. When saying "avoid chinese ripoffs" I meant the generic no-name scams sold on Alibaba. I had a detailed video about them and why people lose money buying this crap on alibaba
Hi, a jetboard will only last 1 year, sell or service it? can you explain more about this please, specifically jetsurf which is the board i am interested in, and what would be an average life span on this board it kept in good condition?
Yes I keep my Jetsurfs for 1.5 years (2 seasons) then it’s better to sell it and buy a new one, else you would become a mechanic always fixing something instead of riding
loving the New Waveshark E-FOIL and Jet Board
Thank you for all of your time and commitment that you have put into your video's. Have helped me and my friends pick the right board :)
Thank you Chris!

Thank you Frank!
looks like a very fun and maybe somewhat niche product because of the price, thought about building my own, have seen much success

Very Nice Mike

Both are good but with 15 years of experience, jetsurf is a more professional product and more reliable. Cheers
@@JetSurfingNation agree to that brother
Hello Mike, I would get a jetsurf. Would you recommend Radinn G2x?
Why radinn, because I like it visually
Thanks for answers
You can see our rating of top 10 jetboards of 2020
The top picks are jetsurf and efoil Fliteboard

Do you mean for rental purposes? Then yes it's a good choice.
@@JetSurfingNation thanks for answer. is it necessary to purchase spare parts in stock for maintenance? or is the product very reliable for rental?
I am sold on the jetsurf however I live on a quiet lake and am afraid of the annoying noise. What eboards have the longest run time.
Of course efoils are silent and have the longest run time.
Also check my new video about Jetsurf electric and Ewave
Hi Mike, which boards do you recommend for someone overweight who just wants a chill ride?
Probably board like onean carver x which has the biggest size and flotation.
If your 235 or so and a bodybuilder type that is athlete would that be to heavy for jetboarding
Yes you can still ride a board like Jetsurf
@@JetSurfingNation thanks man. Do you prefer electric or petrol powered? Which one has more power
The petrol jetsurf has the best power, Jetsurf Race DFI or Jetsurf titanium
Electric is the future but not there yet
@@JetSurfingNation thank you so much for your help. Definitely well get one in the near future.
Very helpful and professional as always Mike!!!👍

@@JetSurfingNation ok will test run a Jetsurf. The name kinda implies that it is made for the surf. Thanks for the heads up. Gerry
Can I bring petrol board on airplane?
Yes i had a full video about it as well

I didnt watch this video but it’s not necessarily….get a new jetsurf race….it’s the only move
What abt price?
what is "abt"? about price? You can check prices with your local jetboard dealers... Around 5-15k depending on the brand
Thanks
they break a lot and they are expensive. Maybe i do not need one.
They are totally worth it
