Girls civil Diploma holders can easily join as a designer assistant or can work in office as business development executive.both are office job and easily be taken.

Diploma is a technical field which make a person self dependent. Bsc or BA is a different field both are not interlinked. Two regular coyrse are not allowed at same time.It is better to complete diploma and take admission in Btech as lateral entry.
Design engineer-revit, primavera, Autocad, stadpro, bim ,testing Engg, teacher/trainer, project/planning /billing engineer, civil consultant/advisor

My suggestion is to do job on the basis of diploma and simultaneously try to complete your BTech too
Sir design software sikh ke , itna easy nahi milta job, as design engineer. Special structural engineer.
For fresher it is difficult but you can join in company as trainee engineer and got experience first
