  • Welcome to El Dorado Royale & Generations Resorts, with sister resort
    El Dorado Casitas Royale, Riviera Maya, Mexico Stay at one and play at all three. Over two miles of resort area, to eat and drink your way through and have personalized service with your personal Concierge.
    I also have a little bit about our excursions and Lomas Travel who is part of Karisma resort to book your excursions through.
    I tried to put in everything I wanted to know before I went, these three Karisma resorts are all Gourmet inclusive so its a culinary journey. And the Karisma resorts are paired with El Cielo & Jackson Family wines so the wine list is extensive.
    Please let me know if you have any questions in the comments sections.

     @Travel with Tiffa One other question and I promise I'll quit bothering you LOL. Do people ever rent bikes or golf carts to get in between the different resorts. Is that an option there?

      I did not see bikes between resorts, just the golf cart shuttles. It’s really not a terrible walk especially on the ocean front walkway, and the view is fantastic. You can also check out the ocean front bars. :)

    Enjoyed your video. We are headed down next week to generations. Have stayed there as well as Casitas before but never when there were no people! Are you a super early riser or was it pretty sparsely populated? Thank you.

      Thanks! We are early risers but it was not crowded I think they were at 35% capacity. There is no problem finding a Bali bed or a quiet pool. We loved ordering room service breakfast and then finding a Bali bed, everyone is so helpful.

    You mentioned that there is an app for generations. What is the name of the app and where do I find it.

    • @travelwithtiffa7626

      @@travelwithtiffa7626 Is there a shuttle that takes to to the other resorts? We stayed at generations just because we needed a two bedroom and love the swim up pool but none of us have kids. Which one has the best night life and night clubs

      Yes! There are stops all along the way or you can walk the ocean front walkway. See if you can find the “Cat Hotel”

    Did you have to get the COVID test for international travel? If so how was that experience?

    • @travelwithtiffa7626
      @travelwithtiffa7626  3 роки тому +1

      We did get the antigen test to fly home, the testing is set up right on the resort. They will have you meet with your concierge after arrival and they will help you set up your test time. The test itself is the nasal swab, I just sneezed a lot after. Super easy to set up and do, just don’t set up an excursion for your test time like we did. Haha we changed our excursion day.

    were any of the excursions included with the all inclusive?

    • @travelwithtiffa7626
      @travelwithtiffa7626  3 роки тому

      The only free ones were the transfers to Playa Del Carmen or Cancun. Check with your Concierge to find out day and times.

      Into the towns for the day, they were on different days for each. And Lomas travel is in property to book an excursion of your choice.

    We are going in July. Where can we find the dress code for the restaurants?

    • @travelwithtiffa7626
      @travelwithtiffa7626  3 роки тому

      If you download the app it will have the dress code for each restaurant. I have to say it was not enforced too strictly.

      @@travelwithtiffa7626 I did and OMG they have so much to offer! If you have any other advice or tricks I would love to hear them. I have never been to an all inclusive resort before.

      Defiantly use caution upon arrival in order to make it to dinner and take drink, water, drink 😂 there were many who never make it to their first dinner...and use room service for breakfast, it was amazing. This resort will spoil you and you will compare all others to it. And don’t drink the tap water, do use the bottled water left for you, no one wants montezumas revenge. The water is not filtered like ours so our stomach cannot handle it. Take some pecid just in case. And have a great time!
