Conveyor technology for sludge and adhesive products

Sewage sludge, paper sludge, filter cake, or corn silage - the Schrage tube chain conveyor handles it all like a pro. Smooth surfaces, different kinds of stainless steel, and special conveyor discs facilitate the transport of sludge and adhesive products without any adherences. Rotating “bridge breakers” support the infeed and cleaning brushes in the discharge area provide for complete and clean product discharge.
The gas and water tight conveyor system allows for odor-free transportation and is also available in an ATEX compliant version as needed for areas exposed to explosion hazards.
With a combination of horizontal and vertical conveyor paths, the conveyor system can easily be adapted to the on-site conditions. Depending on the throughput, one of five different sizes can be selected. Apart from its high efficiency, the conveyor also features low energy consumption and offers trouble-free continuous operation. This is why this conveying solution has already found its way into various branches of industry, e.g. the waste industry or recycling industry. Especially in areas where sludge or adhesive products have to be transported from A to B.
