    🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 stopping is a big shock to the system, you meet the mind and it's attachments, fears, desires, the past and future, I had to learn to be present and that being so peaceful and slow, unhurried was normal! And that mind indeed is forerunner and if we believe it's dictation, we suffer.

    Like the monk said, actually walking is very, may be more beneficial first for people suffering with ptsd or trauma or burnout etc.
