I only watch videos with voiceover. I love hearing answers to questions and getting to know you more as a person. I would love to see content that shows different varieties of spreads for things like project planning or mental health.

I like it when there is just music over the video. Relaxing while watching the progress.

I love learning about your custom journal creation process. I prefer videos like this with a voiceover vs a blog type. You’ve said that you feel like you run out of things to say or you repeat yourself, but I find your voiceovers the right about of friendly instruction while I’m watching what you are doing. Some other channels can get too gabby and then I lose track of what they are doing because I’m listening to their story. And I’m a very talkative chit chatty person 😂.

Yes! This! I was gonna say this too. Her voiceovers are the perfect mix of info and personal chit chat without too much distraction from the topic at hand. I’ve never had a hard time listening.

I like this style. I love re creating your themes so is it possible for you to talk about all pens that’s you use including numbers for tombow and also other supplies such as the tool you used to make the globe in this video ! Love your content

I love these behind-the-scenes type videos...I really enjoy hearing about your thought process in how you transform an idea to paper. Slightly edited, with voiceover... 15-20 mins. is the ideal length for me.

Please remember that people don't just watch videos for practical advice. If we did, we'd all be masters of a dozen crafts. People watch content to live vicariously and for surrogate companionship, so consider that your inherent warmth, sensible nature (frugality, not wanting to waste) and the aesthetics that you gravitate to (earth tones and neutral palette, doodles, etc.) are part of your brand. In another words, let yourself shine through.

I really like the custom journal videos to get inspiration for themes and colours that I have a hope of being able to achieve😁I like the videos as they are now with the voice over.

I love this video (and yours chanel in general)! To your question - Q&A is always fun, but for the days not in the mood to VO your videos, I'm sure few will mind just the sound of you working on the journals! Much love!

I like listening to your answers to our questions and I'm looking forward to seeing the next video in the series. I also have a question... How do you manage to make so many journals without having a sore neck/arm/hand etc.? You must have really good posture :D

Thanks! I was definitely sore when I started doing custom journals full time but my body has gotten used to it I guess ☺️

Thank you for doing this video and talking about how you started! I'm working on creating my own youtube channel (Little Maitake... nothing posted yet). My husband is encouraging me and I'm really excited to start. I've filmed a few setups and am in the middle of editing (what a new beast that is!). Your channel, among others, has really inspired me to get started!

I really like these sped up videos because I can copy the themes easier when I see the drawing process but normal theme tutorials feel to slow, I don't know if that makes sence😅 and you don't have to talk all the time if you don't know what to say, maybe a few sentences here and there and music to fill the gaps?

I like when you talk to us and stuff I hate when people play music while they bujo I don't watch those 99% of the time

SAME! If they don’t start talking to me after the intro I turn it off lol

Loved this! Thank you for answering my questions!! Both of your answers helped a lot actually. I know you feel unqualified to answer but you’re not! You’re my favorite person to watch AND listen to on UA-cam for bujo content and your journals sell so obviously you’re doing something right!
In answer to your questions- please keep talking lol I personally hate the videos with music or subtitles. If in the first minute someone’s not talking to me, I stop watching. I like to hear what you’re talking about even if it’s just saying what you’re doing, but I also like when you talk about other stuff too. I love when you say bits and pieces about your son and family. Let’s us get to know who’s behind the camera a bit and makes it that much more fun to watch/listen. I personally feel your content is pretty great. My only complaint is I like longer videos haha every time one is over I’m like no! I love custom bujo flip throughs and yearly spreads the best. I LOVE this series of you talking about HOW to do custom bujos even more. As someone who’s been watching for a year or more wondering how you even get started doing this for money, I love it! I’ve always wanted to sell them but have no idea where to begin. And it’s NOT a Market that’s saturated which is great. I’ve tried searching UA-cam for other people who make custom bujos to watch (like when I’ve already watched all your vids and am waiting for a new one lol or when I want more ideas for my own journal) and there’s like no one else but you. I found a Couple of people who used to do it but they made a few and that was it. Anyways, my point is I love your content. One of my favorite things is that somehow you make things so simple and easy for people to try on their own. And they look amazing. I started Bullet journaling over 6 years ago, and it was so complicated and time consuming that I didn’t stick with it bc it took me so much time to create these elaborate spreads and keep up with them. But when I found your channel a little over a year ago- now I’m proud to say I’ve figured out more simple spreads and themes and ways to make it less complicated/time consuming for myself that for the first time ever in 2022, I kept up with and filled an entire one year journal! I think I needed to see someone who just wasn’t doing complicated spreads or themes where the whole page is filled with design and color. You know how to make it look beautiful, but not take forever and you’re comfortable with leaving lots of white space which really helped me to stop trying to fill the whole dang page up all the time lol it even led to me making a journal for my niece and one for my mom and finding out I could actually make them for others if I wanted to.
My only suggestion content wise would be maybe doodling tutorials, lettering tutorials for those who don’t know how to do that yet, and more behind the scenes of making custom bujos and stuff like that.
