I’m a huge fan of Colourpop but I can’t keep up with all of the launches/releases so it would be really great to see more releases to help decide what I should buy and and what I should pass on.
Colourpop needs to slow down the releases. I like how you put the super shock shadow on your lid and a little bit above into the crease. That looks very cool. 👍🏻👍🏻
Ok like this is absurd I mean c'mon does anyone else see that this is a ridiculous waste of money time and worry. They launch and send out so many collections to youtubers to review that they can't even keep up. So all these full collections just keep piling up in their home. To be given away or donated and no one sees them, well most of it anyways. Even if we saw it all it's just so overwhelming that it basically makes ur brain say nope I'm not dealing with this mess. It's to much for anyone. This should be a clear smack in the face to colourpop as a wake up call to say hey 👋 do u see how ridiculous this is! I wonder if this even registers to them in the slightest?!?!?!? I'm not saying anything against u Allie what so ever or anyone really, I'm just simply sayin this is out of control what colourpop is doing. Plus we all know there has been way more than what is in Allie's floor for collections and that's what makes it even more crazy.
Yeah ColourPop is becoming annoying. If beauty UA-camrs can't keep up, the average consumer can't. It's greedy, too, preying on this speedy cycle. It's like "fast fashion" but for makeup. "Buy what's on trend, hurry, because next week it won't be on trend anymore!"
YES I AGREE! These influencers need to voice this more sternly and stop forgiving Colourpop for constantly coming out with new launches. Colourpop has to be contributing to a lot of cosmetic and plastic waste. Has anybody ever thought of that?!?! Influencers need to stop awarding and promoting Colourpop for all these unnecessary launches. Consumerism in this country needs to stop being prioritized when there is so much waste from the beauty industry. No hate to Allie, but I do hope she can relay this message with her platform. 🙏🏼
It’s not a waste of money for them. That’s not how business works. They know how much they can afford to give away because the return they get on it from us running and buying what she just essentially advertised for them is huge. Makeup costs like nothing to make. It’s hugely marked up. It is a smart business move. And she has the option of asking to be removed from the PR list. I’m sorry but you are really naive about how all of this works. Their job is to run a business which employees thousands of hard working people. Not worry about how much cardboard one single you tuber ends up with. How about all the people who order the product? What would that look like all stacked up in one pile? Would you say the same thing then? What if you stacked all the empty shoeboxes of all your shoes? It would look overwhelming and “wasteful”. You’re seeing it all at once. The business doesn’t run unless they send out PR. Should businesses just stop doing this? If they do, they won’t thrive and people lose their jobs. It’s a smarter way and cheaper way to advertise. And it benefits thousands of people to work, get paid and eat. You’re ranting over something that isn’t a problem.

The Colourpop Wild Nothing pallet, drooled over it for 2 weeks and found it sitting in my local Ulta so naturally I had to get it! So obsessed with the colors! I don’t go for outrageous colors, or stray from neutral very often and found this to have just the right amount of not so neutrals to get me out of my comfort zone. Seriously obsessed!
My favorite thing from ColourPop is their princess cut so juicy gloss, it’s literally soooo juicy and mirrory just the perfect clear gloss. I also love using their stick foundation for contour.
If I hadn't just watched you piece the components together from different collections I would totally believe that all the products you used were from the same collection. Colourpop has the most interchangeable palettes. This look is gorgeous on you. Love you 😘

The products you tried looks beautiful on you. I really enjoyed that eyeshadow palette and the cheek quad. This video felt a little rushed and I was disappointed that you did not swatch the variety of items you took out to try, just the two lips kits and then those went straight to your lips. they release fast just because they can, honestly LOL. colourpop works very closely with their lab, like im pretty sure they own it? so they are able to turn concepts into products in a minimal amount of time. compared to other brands that work with labs that someone else owns and runs. i believe that is how it works with colourpop anyways, i could be wrong, its just what ive heard around the internet.
If I had Colourpop when I was 15-20 yrs old I would have flipped! They are so fun! We only had Yardley of London for fun makeup. I am giving my age away?(65). Love you Allie!

I've tried the Cabana Club Eyeshadow Palette and used the shade Cool Off with the Elf Cosmetics No Budge Shadow Stick in Champagne Crystal which looks really pretty together and the No Budge Shadow Sticks from Elf Cosmetics are dupes for the Thrive Causemetics Brilliant Eye Brightener.

All the Colourpop palettes I love turns out I have mostly similar shades in all my other Colourpop palettes I already own lol I miss when they had way more super shock shadows - that’s what made them unique. I miss So Quiche so bad - it was this pretty purply bronzy browny duochrome

The face quads with the bronzers don’t really have anything to match my current skintone. They all look like they’re for light skin. I wanted one of them because I like the idea of a blush, bronzer, and highlighter. They’re going crazy with these 4 square pans this year. But the Lush Life palette is so pretty, and really try the Fresh Kiss lip stains- they’re amazing!

The Wild Nothing palette is my 2nd favourite after the Lust for Dusk one. I'm also trying to find the Cabana Club one, I really want to try it the turquoise shade it looks gorgeous!

I miss when they had way more super shock shadows - that’s what made them unique. I miss So Quiche so bad - it was this pretty purply bronzy browny duochrome

You always make the colourpop eye shadows look amazing! But I can find them difficult to work with.
The face quads with the bronzers don’t really have anything to match my current skintone. They all look like they’re for light skin. I wanted one of them because I like the idea of a blush, bronzer, and highlighter. They’re going crazy with these 4 square pans this year. But the Lush Life palette is so pretty, and really try the Fresh Kiss lip stains- they’re amazing!
I got the Lush Life palette, but I'd love to see you do some more colorful, yet wearable looks with it.
