The method you used regedit worked for me. Even though it is written explorer.exe I just removed everything and hit save and again I wrote explorer. exe then restart the pc. It helped me. In my laptop task manager is not opening and when i open advance menu to reset my laptop it is showing that resetting is not unavailable like message is can't do anything ... But when i open it in safe mode it shows a warning for explore.exe error class not redgistered error ...please help me
Faced the issue after windows update. Restarting the graphics driver using the shortcut mentioned in the video helped. It took around 30seconds to a minute to display the windows UI. Got the video recommended exactly when I needed it.
