I had the pleasure of meeting this wonderful soul a year ago while I was in Jamaica and just came across this video . Her food was absouletely delicious and she made us feel so welcome. I could have sat all day and talked to her ..such a humble lady with a kind ❤! I would highly recommend locals or tourists to stop by and say hi and eat her delicious food! It does not get any better than this...real food!!😊👌

Had the pleasure of having the lovely Belinda cook for us, just my husband and I, on a stop on our rafting trip down this river (Rio Grande Port Antonio Jamaica). It was our anniversary. Her food was absolutely amazing! Enjoying it right there right on the banks of the river in the middle of the jungle mountains was one of the most amazing experiences of my life. This and our raft guide stopping in the middle of the river to serenade us was more amazing than words can express.

Pleasant Good morning good people around the world. I born come see good people doing good things in Jamaica every day. People don't watch the few bad ones that try to give our blessed country bad name. Back in the days if you live in a community we look out for one another. We protect people from all over the world. I remember when I wos a boy there wos a white man from America. He used to teach at st Mary's college. He used to go around in the community with the students meeting the people in the village. I remember one night he stop over in the village of Edward piece, he gave a speech at the local church. Every one wos so happy for him. The elders gave him accommodation. Next morning he and group of young people cooking at the river side. Tourist pass by our country side with there Jamaican tour driver. These foreigner enjoy there self thay feel safe around the smiling people thay meet. Yes my people that's where we coming from. Don't listen to people who don't know nothing about Jamaica talking bad things about our blessed country. Piece and blessings.

Ms. Belinda's mother was on Island Stylee where a chef in Philadelphia discussed using her pepper pot recipe. In that said restaurant that soup is the major selling dish said the chef who is white by the way. So the person who said the freshly cooked food need to have several seats.
