Even though I'm (mostly) cooking for myself, I plan my meals around what's on special offer. Prices have increased every time I go into my local Co OP, so it's often more economical to arrange a food delivery online xx

Our stores have been doing a great job holding prices down, but I've seen some changes in the last few weeks. U should of kept the zucikinis sliced them put them in the lasanga great fpr the taste with cheese and fliur and butter is is a great white sauce also put chicken stock and garlic and shallots for taste...or green onions...over in America...❤❤❤

Hi! We decided to do a dry rub and mix in a good mustard, some garlic, and a little honey. Slow roasting in the oven for about 3-4 hours at about 200 degrees. I researched, and I think slow roasting will be the best. I may change things, but I will share a recipe and video. Using these for bone broth or puppy treats is a great idea! Your strawberries are cheap compared to ours. Ours are $7 . Blackberries which I love are $10.50 for 150 grams.
