Removing and installing a new AHHC cable on a FD70, the 75 and 100 are very similar just different center pulley arrangement. Catch that pulley as you pull the pin out.
I think it's worth noting the most common cause for the cable to wear out. The plastic bushings on the that pulley pivot arm seize adding alot of stress to cable

If you ever replace the center drum I'd love to see that video. I'm guessing in the next couple of years we'll be doing our fd75
