Randy Loder fenceline boom setup and operating
This is the fenceline boom I designed 3 years ago. Been mounted on tractors, John Deere, Polaris, Can An, Honda UTVs. Takes all the stress, fatigue away, by just running 2 toggle switches vrs. swinging a hand wand, no chemical running down your arm.

These post drills were made late 1800s early 1900s. I completeley disassembled, sand blasted and painted them. When someone stops by, they're in awe of the functionality watching them turn. I've had my enjoyment time to pass them on to others.

Removing and installing a new AHHC cable on a FD70, the 75 and 100 are very similar just different center pulley arrangement. Catch that pulley as you pull the pin out.

She was taking it pretty nice. I've seen the macdon pick up some nasty crops and was very impressed. Especially snow lodged wheat that dried flat as a board.

If you ever replace the center drum I'd love to see that video. I'm guessing in the next couple of years we'll be doing our fd75

I think it's worth noting the most common cause for the cable to wear out. The plastic bushings on the that pulley pivot arm seize adding alot of stress to cable

Love your Videos. We are working on setting up a Chemical mixing station For lawn care fertilization. I have a couple of questions. I've noticed in this video and your Chem Inductor Complete System video, you use one Inductor with three bowls, tee'd into the first bowl. How does that work for you? Does it matter which bowl the inductor is tied into? Also on this video what hose and clamps are those and are those Banjo manifold x barb fittings? We are starting to build our own hoses and I'm using a Band-it system and I am not thrilled with it.
the small tank is right over the inductor as that where you'd put your dry products as they go straight down into the stream and the side tanks are for larger volume liquid products they can flow over as putting the dry in I use all flange fittings and full drain inductor tanks, hose is 2" enforcer smooth inside reinforce with cord,and clamps are a T-bolt clamp, there should be youtube with this laid out in my shop going over this

@@randyloder3051 Great thanks for the reply. We were planning on using two Inductors but I figured we could manifold them into one. We are indoors so were using Clear Plastic with vinyl reinforcement in the hose. I'll look for that video. Luckily we only use liquid products as well. We use Green County Concentrate, and liquid herbicides. My boss just wanted a second inductor tank for seasonally used chemicals, such as grub and pre-em.
That's an impressive residue management combination!
Great idea backing off that chain tension adjustment just a little, you never know if you have a tight spot somewhere in that chain.
