Pls ask Sir Zaryab why sufis chant “Allah hu. Hu Allah.” Why only this and not any other tasbih? My cousin started following Sufism and he used to chant Allah hu while doing a specific breathing exercise. He told us he used to see the wings of angels and other spirits. But once he got paralysed while doing this ritual and it was a very scary experience for him. Needless to say he left this bidat right away!

I was doing it till I was 18 years. Then it stopped.
It was so common to go ob for me when I was child. But once I became horrified to see my body. That night my brother saw me in his room although he was far away in other city.
How your brother was able to see you in another city? I couldn't get this point.

Pls ask Sir Zaryab why sufis chant “Allah hu. Hu Allah.” Why only this and not any other tasbih?
My cousin started following Sufism and he used to chant Allah hu while doing a specific breathing exercise. He told us he used to see the wings of angels and other spirits. But once he got paralysed while doing this ritual and it was a very scary experience for him.
Needless to say he left this bidat right away!

It happened with me. But i had no control on my ruh i was just floating in the air and my body was in bed i saw my body.... I was horrible experience i had no idea how my ruh entered back in my body but as it happened my body was properly jerking like a fit.... Alhamdulilah now i am fine i recite ayatul kursi and qul a lot
