There are some major disagreements I have in this episode. Firstly the purpose of meditation is not to concentrate the senses and mind. A cat that is waiting to pounce on a pigeon is also concentrating its senses. That is not meditation, similarly, reciting something that is not satvik may concentrate your senses but that is not meditation. Hence for beginners, its best to not recite anything during meditiation. Vegetarian food is prerequisite for meditation, as having non vegetarian food is considered posion for cognitive and subconscious (superconscious) self. Observing breathing (ana pana) is the best way to start meditating, as everone has that involuntary clock that is free of bias and conditioning. So just focusing on natural breathing is good way to begin warming up for meditation. Also one should never meditate in front of non meditating crowd, as then it becomes show off. And for those who have some good experience in meditation, they can easily hide it when they do it in public. The sensation talked about here is not the end goal, as there is no end goal, I think. Sensation is something which people crave for and this can become counter productive. PS: I have some experience in vipassana and have done a few courses. Also breathing in gives cool and breathing out gives hot sensation, not vice versa. Good information, but its best to join a formal couse to kickstart the process and then practise it on your own once you know how its properly done.

Amazing explanation of dhyan yoga. Patanjali yoga sutra explains practical aspect of yoga to “stillness of mind”. It says, 5 vices lust, anger, ego, attachment, greed and laziness disturbs the stillness of mind. Asthanyoga are yam, niyam,asan, pranayam, partihar, dhyan, dharna and samadhi. We always get into meditation during deep sleep state effortlessly. Four states we are into are awake, sleep, dream and turiya (deep sleep). We get deep sleep only when we are fearless and over those 5 vices. Also get over all your prejudices or in simple words unlearn all the pre conditioning of the brain, meditation will happen automatically. This is why early hours of the morning is best for meditation when the mind is reset, clear of thoughts.

Something that has not been discussed in the youtube are as follows: The pleasure and happiness obtained from meditation is 10,000 times greater than that obtained from sexual indulgence which drains you off mentally , physically and puts you to sleep. A decades' experience on the path of meditation can be nullified by indulging in sexual activities just once. Meditation is not advised for someone who is leading a family life. A combination of the two will lead to mental disorders also. Strict brahmacharia is advised for both men and women on the path of meditation, pranayama and yoga. Mix them up if you want to mess up your life and lead a fearful life.
If you can sit absolutely still for a period of 2.5 hours, the energy system will explode within and without for you. If you can sit for half an hour absolutely still, the energy would rise up to your higher level, shaking you up from the root of your spine. The Hindu concept of God is supreme consciousness, which is everywhere inside you in the form of atman, and outside of your body is cosmic consciousness (Paramtman), which we call Parabrhaman, which does not have any name, form, attribution, or quality. But it is capable of taking different forms as to relate to the human being as he wishes. All Hindu philosophy is based on the fundamental principle of the coexistence of the universe. Our ultimate goal is not to go to heaven or stop going to hellfire. but to realize atman within and param man. union with Pramatman to understand and experience that atman and paramatman are one and the same, just like air inside and outside the pot is the same. When the pot breaks (the human dies), the air in the pot joins with air outside. This we have to experience while living. That is what all rituals are for. but some achieve or some later as per their karma, but none has denied God's realization.

गृहस्थाश्रमी को अपने कर्तव्य पुरे कर के शेष समय दे । इस लिए समय सुबह या रात का रखे । समय सीमा भी तय करे । खुद को विकसित करने की प्रक्रिया है । पहले आसन सिद्ध करना पडता है । आसन सिद्धी मतलब हम एक सुखावह स्थिती मे एक घंटे तक बैठना । फिर ध्यान प्रारंभ करे ।
जब दाहिने हाथ वाले नथुने में स्वांस चल रही हैं तो आराम करें जब बांये हाथ वाले नथुने में स्वांस चल रही हैं तो संसारीक काम धंधे करें ओर जब दोनों नथुनों में बराबर मात्रा में स्वांस चल रही हो तो सिर्फ भगवान का पुजन या योग द्यान मेडिटेशन इत्यादि करे सफलता कदम चुमेगी ! ये स्वर योग है ये एक विज्ञान है इसपर तो बडे योगी लोगों ने काम किया है !

Meditation is way of connectivity with Super consciousness (Supreme Soul) it is a connection between Soul and Supreme Soul . In life we can do so ... Death body (after departure soul ) can do nothing. Without Supreme Soul and soul consciousness there is no Meditation.

मनशुद्धि के लिए सतत सत्कर्म करना पडता है । फिर चित्तशुद्धि अपने आप होने लगता है । भक्तियोग, ध्यानयोग , ज्ञानयोग यह सारे निरपेक्ष सेवा के बीना कुछ नही बनता । बीना सेवा बहूत समय लगता है इसका प्रत्यक्ष अनुभव के लिए।
शुद्धि का तो लम्बा प्रोसेस है !
पहले बाहर शुद्धि मतलब नहा धो कर तिलक चंदन इत्यादि लगा कर शिखा बांधकर साफ कपड़े पहनकर साप जगह रहना इत्यादि ये है बाहर से शुद्धि इसके बाद है आहार शुद्धि शुद्ध सात्विक अल्प आहार फिर अंतकरण शुद्धि फिर है नाड़ी शुद्धि फिर है चक्र शुद्धि !
कितना लंबा प्रोसेस है ! कई सालों की महा भारत है ये शुद्धि प्रोसेस इसे हल्के में न लो !

When the pot breaks (the human dies), the air in the pot joins with air outside. This we have to experience while living. That is what all rituals are for. but some achieve or some later as per their karma, but none has denied God's realization.

गृहस्थाश्रमी को अपने कर्तव्य पुरे कर के शेष समय दे । इस लिए समय सुबह या रात का रखे । समय सीमा भी तय करे । खुद को विकसित करने की प्रक्रिया है । पहले आसन सिद्ध करना पडता है । आसन सिद्धी मतलब हम एक सुखावह स्थिती मे एक घंटे तक बैठना । फिर ध्यान प्रारंभ करे ।

जब दाहिने हाथ वाले नथुने में स्वांस चल रही हैं तो आराम करें जब बांये हाथ वाले नथुने में स्वांस चल रही हैं तो संसारीक काम धंधे करें ओर जब दोनों नथुनों में बराबर मात्रा में स्वांस चल रही हो तो सिर्फ भगवान का पुजन या योग द्यान मेडिटेशन इत्यादि करे सफलता कदम चुमेगी !
