they are providing around 6 connection from one connection box , so it has the power back-up battery. just check out it first.
if you are getting disconnection after power down , sure you may ask them.

I too had similar problem in same Airtel modem connected with UPS and it restarted on Power cuts. I finally found the 12v adapter which was given with modem is causing the issue and replaced it with good quality one and it fixed the problem. My suggestion is to try replacing quality adapter before going for this solution....
I use dedicated ups for router and modem. Because I have generator at home & thus is handle 5 mins interruption only. Good idea for people who don't have power backup facilities

Please use BMS, lithium ion batteries cannot absorb overcharge, it can damage battery life & it leads to leakage, the leakage reacts with oxygen and it can ignite/catch fire.

Good one sir. I also faced same problem due to frequent power cuts which was affecting my office work during Work from home days. I decided to create backup using my own 20,000mAh power bank and did some research about 5v to 12v conversation. I got to know about MT3608 board and i bought that from tnagar for just ₹65 and did soldering myself. It's been one and half years now. It works perfectly fine. Btw your are doing a great job !!

Price is too high in amazon, try electronic components or kolkata electronic websites they selling all the items at low cost. I have created a device for my Wi-Fi router and it is working for more than 6 hours. It didn't cost me 1200 ( including digital voltmeter , BMS ).
