Makes 6 Jumbo Donuts
Macros per serving: 14g P | 27g C | 8g F
Cal: 236
✨
Ingredients:
• 6oz of aquafaba (the water from a can of chickpeas)
• 60g (1/4 cup) of your choice of peanut butter or coconut oil
• 45g (3 tablespoons) of maple syrup or coconut sugar for that hint of sweetness
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla for a rich, aromatic flavor
• 96g (3/4 cups) of pbfit for that irresistible peanut butter punch
• 60g (1/2 cup) of all-purpose flour or oat flour for the perfect donut texture
• 1 teaspoon of baking powder to give your donuts that ideal rise
• 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda for added fluffiness
• A pinch (or 1/4 teaspoon) of salt to balance the sweetness
✨
Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 350° F (175° C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the aquafaba, peanut butter (or coconut oil), maple syrup (or coconut sugar), and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the pbfit , flour of your choice, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
5. Spoon the batter into a doughnut pan, or use the piping method to keep everything looking neat.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
7. Allow the doughnuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
8. Optionally, you can top them with whatever your heart desires. Maybe a jam filling or a chocolate topping or even more peanut butter on top. Enjoy!

I love pbfit, never thought to make baked goods with it though!
It’s so good for baked goods
Yummy 😋
They look good, but they look more like cookies and aren't even cooked on oil.
That’s the whole point, this is a healthy variation of a donut 🍩 🤗
You look Amazing 🤩
